Hi, Be on bland diet and avoid oily and spicy food. Consume plenty of fluids like ORS, fruit juices, tender coconut, buttermilk, water, etc. Youcan take easily digestable food like idlis, bread, rusk, biscuits, apple, yelakki banana, etc.
