You are probably suffering from dysmenorrhoea which is common in girls of this age. You should prevent constipation which creates pressure on uterus. More nerves irritate due to this. Also take proper nutrition in the form of juices vegetables and fruits. You can also take homoeopathic treatment.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your husband should avoid taking sleeping pills as it can lead to dependency & harmful effects over a period of time - he should follow some precautions in his daily routine: - try to find out if he has any stress due to any problem & try to solve it - try to have a fixed sleep & wakeup time, the body & mind also requires about 7-8 hrs of rest at night - there should be some physical activity like exercise (walking, jogging, cycling) which is a great sleep inducer, also the day should be busy with a job or following a hobby (if time permits) which keeps the mind busy - avoid more than 1-2 cups of tea, coffee as the caffiene in it disturbs the sleep, avoid taking it in the late afternoon or evening - have a light meal in the evening as a heavy fatty meal can cause bloating & discomfort while sleeping at night - have a warm water bath before sleep time, also have a glass of warm milk - avoid watching any screen like TV, mobile, computer 2-3 hrs before sleep time as the blue light emitted from them activates the brain, rather listen to light music or read before going to bed - keep the room dark without any noise & disturbance & at a comfortable temperature - avoid napping in the day, at the most 15-20 min in the early afternoon.

My cousin have a baby of 3 years old she is not ready to have a child now she cannot use any coppety because if she had use she have a heavy bleeding any injection to stop a child for 2 years.

Injections are available but the problem is if that also give her heavy bleeding or some other problems then you can't revert back she can use oral pills or condoms.

If since when started menstruating your periods are like this only then don't worry just check once your thyroid level. If now your pattern of periods changed them you need to go for hormonal test.

Hi. My face is very black, more than it was before. But main problem is that on my face some part is not that much black like it is little light brown and some part is black and some very black like on nose sides, chin, etc. My main problem is that my whole body below neck is much fair compare to my neck and face. And there is much fairness difference between face and chest. And even my face is not much exposed to sun rays. Is there any serious problem? What should do to balance it that it not look weird?

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.
