I did sex on 15 may just before 1 day of my periods and took ipill within 1 hr and got my periods on 17 may it lasted till 24 may I got heavy discharge but its 30 June I haven't got my periods yet. I am so worried why my periods is delayed. From past 2 days m getng fluid kind of white discharge its 1 July today still m getng fluid kind of heavy white discharge. Hello, period may be delayed due to stress, anaemic condition, malnutrition. You should go for pregnancy test at home. Tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to dilute blood. Tk homoeo medicne: @ pulsatilla 30-6pills, thrice a day. Avoid, caffiene, junkfood, tk care.

I have dark and oily skin due to which I face lots of problem specially at summer season now a day. And I Hv lots of heat in my body for skin I use clearmin soap and gc derm cream Bt once I go out at afternoon my skin becomes tan. Recently I had visited alibhagh and I got so much tanned and even I Hv dandruff on my head even it might b an another reason for oily skin and pimples any suggestions please help me out with these.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Hi, as you are young and diabetic, you should get evaluate your blood sugar profile first ie, fpg ppbs, hba1c, lipid profile with urine r/m, bun, creat with lft, and to make proper diagnosis then management, every diabetic patient have different regimen of management and treatment is tailored according to the requirement of the body.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Normally weight depends on some factors like family background ideal weight can be suggested based on your height and body frame lean, moderate or heavy. Which information is not given. When there are no specific health issues focus on good well balanced nutrition containing easily digestible fresh timely food with milk, eggs, green leafy vegetables, pulses, wheat seasonal fruits, adequate rest. Good personal care. No habits daily exercise like walking, jogging, swimming and outdoor sports which you enjoy.

Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms,legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep.

It might be due to lack in moisture. Bathe with gentle soaps. If possible use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to bathe daily. This does not wash your skin off the natural oils. Keep your bath short and do not use hot water to bathe. Use only lukewarm water. Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the body after bathing. You can also use a good moisturiser. Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health. You can mix some oils like – Sesame, olive, virgin coconut oil, wheat germ oil to apply before going to bed. Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. Eat almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, sesame seeds to maintain skin health. Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.

your ideal weight should be between 70 to 75 kg. Start eating Triphla chooran , its considered to be the best natural medicine. eat a heavy breakfast, normal lunch and light dinner, try not to eat anything after sunset, once a week eat only fruits that day, after you eat food dont drink water for 90 minutes eat gurh (jaggery), eat food in sukhasana. and best is if you could start doing surya namaskar everyday in morning empty stomach.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

I am 25 years old and from past few years I haven't been able to put on extra weight just 2-3 kg in past 3-4 years. I don't know why this is happening. The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

You need to be careful. Cover your skin in sun apply sunscreen, (every 2 hours after cleaning face with wet wipes or towel when outdoors) de tan your skin using a de tan lotion or with a laser treatment.

Similar to underarm hair and hair on one’s hands, legs and genitalia, the nipples (or areolar) also have hair follicles, both in males and female. Normally in females, the hair is usually fine and hardly visible, but some may have hair that is longer and thicker. Usually it is a normal condition and does not require any treatment. That being said, there some other conditions that could precipitate this unusual growth of hair • Hormonal fluctuations: This usually happens around puberty, menopause and pregnancy. • Patients have recently started taking oral contraceptive pills or any other kind of hormonal medication or hormone replacement therapy. • Women with a darker complexion also tend to have this problem. • There are some medical conditions that can lead to this condition as well. Conditions like PCOD and complex ovarian cysts. • In some cases a person (man or woman) might have excessive hair all over their body (on their chest, hands and face). This condition is called Hirsuitism.
