Hi, You need to do an investigation to rule out the cause. Do ice application if swelling around the knee. Start strengthening exercises for knee muscles.

U need to start exercise to overcome your condition so dat you can sleep better. Small roll of napkin underneath your neck ll do good.

Hello. I would suggest you to do some warm up exercise comprises of some stretching then start with walk.
