I got married ago 4 years that is 18 june 2011. In 2012 I was pregnant but at 1 month 23 days that day I got miscarriage. Then I had consulted Dr. but not successfully nowadays. My ovulation is late i. E. On 17today. Please help me.

It's a matter of time if your other test reports are normal you need tot worry as your ovulation is late if you come to know about it than have sexual intercourse at that time that is the time when you have maximum chances of conceiving.

I masturbate started in very early age or more doing 5.6 times daily till now. Now my penis is nt hard or tight. My sex lyf becomes zero now. M single now. 5.7 to take to erection 5 mins min 4 min minimum. Bt my penis is not strong or tight to insert in hole. It's very weak now. I have suffering from fever, cold, cough and tonsil as I have changed my city dehradun to delhi I think the climate is not suited to me. So how can I manage here to be in normal as I was in dehradun?

Mix some salt in warm water and do gargling early in the mornings. * Steam inhalation will relieve your congestion *. Keep a clove (lavang) in your mouth and slowly chew it. *. Drinking water frequently will eliminate toxins From the body and reduce congestion if any *. Avoid fried and oily foods. This can be treated by homoeopathy without adverse effects. Take Belladonna 200 –once in the morning and once in the evening.

I have acidity everyday. This includes chest burn and puking. Also I have lower abdomen pain. I have menstrual pain a week before I get my chums and have a severe pain during periods. I end up taking 6-7 tablets every month.

You should go for proper check up first. Usg whole abdomen urine routine etc. Drink plenty of liquids daily. Avoid spicy fried and junk food. Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks.

All your symptoms are because of anxiety/nervousness. Avoid stress and anxiety. However do investigations like ecg, thyroid function test and consult physician for advice and treatment.

Sir my hair is a rough type. Whenever it is wet itis straight long but as soon as it dries up is becomes curly. Is there any natural solution by which I can make my hairs straight.

Hello, wet hair appears different from dry hair. Curly or straight, rough or silky, dense or thin it all depends on the nature of your hair. Chemical treatments are required for straight hair. At home, you can make them smoother but poker hair straight cannot be guaranteed. Use henna pack weekly, it will colour your hair a little lighter but is very very good for dry and rough hair. Oil your hair twice a week and then wash with shampoo and conditioner. You can give steam to your hair with hot towel, once a week. Eat protein rich foods.

I have a white patch on my cheek, early sign of vitilgo. I am taking patchx tab from last 2 months. Patch is even lighter but not completely vanished. Should I continue medicine for another 1 month ?

Continue the medicine but I will recommend you to use a homoeopathic cream along with ammi visinaga cream (sbl) apply on affected area nd sit in sunlight, the affected area exposed to sunlight for 10 minutes preferably early morning.

What Is Stress ?

Stress is not mental tension. Stress is burden on your body and mind. When it is within your capacity, it improves your system. You feel energetic. When it outgrows your capacity, you feel tired and weak. Burden could be physical, like working day and night without rest. Or it could be financial burden. An impending wedding or hospitalization can be a cause of your stress. If you are hiding something in the mind for a long time, it becomes a cause of your stress. 

Work related stress is usually overworking beyond 8 hours. Continuous focussing on job cause mental fatigue. Young persons don't feel it. So they overlook it and continue working. Initial first symptoms could be heartburn, indigestion, headache, bodyache or infections. Later you have high blood pressure, kidney stone, gout, skin diseases. Still later thyroid, diabetes, pcod, liver disease raise their head. 

Stress is the root cause. If it is not treated, your disease will keep on increasing and your dependence on medicine will continue.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Dear, You must be able to understand Concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Please post a private question to me and I will help you with "effective learning" techniques. Avocados, Beetroots, Blueberries, Broccoli. Dear, the chances of conception are very less. Because you have done intercourse in the safe period. So you do not need to do anything now but if periods will not come upto 19-20 then you should take contraceptive pills.
