1200 Calorie Vegetarian Indian Diet Plan Menu To Lose Weight By following this menu guide, you will be able to restrict your food consumption to just 1200 calories to 1300 calories a day and thereby you will feel lighter after a couple of weeks of following this weight loss diet menu. The vegetarian diet menu is as follows: Early Morning (7 Am): o A glass of lukewarm water with lemon (0 calories). O A cup of tea with skim milk, no sugar and 2 biscuits (90 calories) Breakfast (8 am): o 2 Wheat Rotis or chapattis + ½ cup of Paneer gravy (tofu is better) (330 calories). Or o A plate of brown bread upma and a cup of skim milk (300 calories). Mid Morning Snack: (10: 30 am): o A banana or 20 Grapes or ½ cup melon (50 calories). Lunch (1 pm): o 1 cup of brown rice (200 grams) + ½ cup mixed vegetables + one small bowl of Raitha + 1 bowl vegetable salad (345 calories). Evening (4 pm): o Butter Milk 1 glass or 1 cup (35 calories) Dinner (8 pm): 2 Chappatis or Rotis + 1 bowl of Vegetable Soup + 1 bowl of salad (370 calories) The total calories you will consume in this vegetarian diet is about 1220 calories.

Brush twice daily properly with proper tooth paste. Clean with water after food. Some time use proper mouth wash. Avoid sticky food. Atleast every year visit dentist for Scaling treatment. If any Caries tooth is there in your mouth get treatment for that. Drink sufficient water as required.

Foods with lower glycemic index and lower glycemic load ,high fiber diet, low carbs and adequate exercise and vitamin D with proper sleep will decrease the incidence of getting Diabetes.

Dear lybrate-user, you are probably suffering from hyperacidity. Try following the below mentioned: 1) Avoid spicy, sour and fermented foods. 2) Avoid too much tea and coffee. 3) Avoid long gaps between meals. 4) Avoid strong painkillers like Ibuprofen, Combiflam. Do's 1) Drink cold milk or banana shake. 2) Eat apple or banana. 3) Take Homoeopathic Nat. Phos-6X: 4pills twice a day.

Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you:
1. Practice good oral hygeine. Brush twice a day with flouride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque.
2. See your dentist regularly-atleast twice a year
3. Stop smoking or chewing tobacco-based products. Ask your dentist for tips on quitting the habit.
4. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. This helps wash away food particles and bacteria.
5. Keep a log of the foods you eat. If you think they maybe causing bad breath bring the log to your dentist to review.

To reduce weight you should exercise like yoga,push ups,sit ups,plank,squat,swimming,skipping.Follow a proper diet and change life style.Eat small amount of foods and don't skip meals.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice like soft drinks,fruit juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take whole wheat,whole grain,oats.Eats lots of vegetables,whole fruits,these will help you to reduce fat.Take proteins like lean chicken,fish,egg,peas,peanuts,cottage cheese,soy products,mushroom.Use good fats like olive,coconut,fish oil,almond,walnut,flax seed etc.Drink water before meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take quality sleep.

Your age is 18, and for a height of 5.2 feet, your weight 60, though appearing normal, is to be considered along with your problem. For an indian woman, of height 5.2 feet the ideal weight is 45-59, so if you take an average it is about 52kg, and hence your 60 appears" more" you have been suspected to have pcod and this is a very common finding nowadays. Pcod is not an unsurmountable disease, and it can be helped with medicines and some lifestyle modification. During pcod the body's chemical capacity to utilise glucose is altered, and hence there is a cascade of events like weight gain, irregular menses, acne and darkening of skin etc. Weight gain is crucial factor. The best way to curb this disease is to control weight using a multi modal approach like - diet -exercise - medicines. So visit a good dietician and chart out a healthy diet, do regular cardiovascular exercises which help in burning the excess fat thats accumulated as excess weight in body. If your weight goes down by even 5 kg, you will experience a good regularisation of your menstrual cycle on it's own, without resorting to any medications. Of course we can give medicines like metformin etc to help patients with pcod, but they are not the only factor that can regulate this disease. Life style modification is the cornerstone in management of pcod. As regards taking himalaya evecare is concerned, I being an allopathy doctor cannot comment on it, as it is a ayurvedic preparation.

1. Soak fenugreek (methi) seeds overnight. Eat sprouted methi seeds 1-2 teaspoons everyday by mixing with vegetables or raw. 2. Eat cinnamon powder half spoon every day with milk. 3. Walk in free air for 4 hours a week. 4. Do some moderate weight exercise if you are physically fit.

Use aloevera shampoo that is chemical free. Neelini bhringraaj oil and bhringraaj powder 1 tsp daily with water. Take it before meal one time in. A day. Don't use chemical containing products that will irritate your skalp and result in certain types of skin problems. Do pranayam daily Drink plenty of water daily.

I have ulcer. Doctor gvs me some medicines like lesuride. And pantop hp. My actual problem is high anxiety, fear. Some times I cannot go outside, do not concentrate any thing. Gas trouble(high). Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.
