Sir it has been 2 months that I am suffering from back pain lower side whenever I sit for too long or walk for too long. I have shown to 4 to 5 doctors they said x ray is fine and have given some medicines and injections and told some exercises but till today I haven't got any relief. My mother is 50years old, she is getting pain in joint knee, also hand paining in joint, also suffering from vertigos, also thyroid operation has done, chest pain, weight getting increase, BP getting high most of the time, Specially suggest something on knee joint & BP. Hi, hope your doing good, see you should do knee strength in exercise because of weakness of muscle in and around joint, no need to worry about it, try to do cycling and squats and take help of physiotherapist and learn all exercise. Take care and be happy always.

Please try to inculcate healthy life style. Leave the vices like smiling and drinking with determination. Sleep early. Get up early. Start the day with brisk walk. Jogging. Exercise is a very good tool to weed away minor depression. Avoid drinking partners as much as you can. Stop taking fried items. Junk food etc. To bring down your body weight. So far your abdominal pain is concerned. Please get dome check up done by your family doctor and may do some tests luke blood for cbc. Esr. Stool and urine for r/e. And a ultra son of rap by of abdomen and pelvis. If you suffer from low backache you may need to go for more tests. May take guidance from a dietician. Don't give up. You can do wonders with little adjustments of your daily routine.

There may be some degenerative changes which occurs due to aging. Or there may be some history of injury to the affected joint which causes injury to the soft tissue at that area. Mri of the joint may reveal the cause and then medicine should be taken according to diagnosis. Give proper rest to the joint. Massage with lukewarm oil and do exercise of affected joint. Take calcium rich joint. Share the report of mri for homeopathic treatment.

Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports Consult Physician for Further Management

I am 58 years old male indian. 35 years ago I undergone surgery for chronic pancreatitis. Thereafter i have had severe abdominal pain for long years. Later on I went surgery again before 5 years removed gallbladder removed stone from pancreas and bile duct. I have been taking digestive enzyme tabs 3 times daily with food. After that I before 3 years I had a serious heart attack. Suddenly doctors have done angioplasty. There were 4 blocks. I am diabetic for the last 32 years. Using insulin and other tabs. I am so tired now a days I have pain on the lower part of spine and sputum production and lega paining etc. Kindly advise me what should I do?

Leg exercise kijiye daily I hope you will fit and fine. Basic Leg Exercises The following Basic Leg Exercises should generally be performed 1 - 3 times per week provided they do not cause or increase pain. Ideally they should not be performed on consecutive days, to allow muscle recovery. As your strength improves, the exercises can be progressed by gradually increasing the repetitions, number of sets or resistance of the leg exercises provided they do not cause or increase pain. Swiss Ball Squats Begin this leg exercise in standing with your feet shoulder width apart, your feet facing forwards and a Swiss Ball placed between a wall and your back (figure 1). Slowly perform a squat, keeping your back straight. Your knees should be in line with your middle toes and should not move forward past your toes. Then slowly return to the starting position maintaining good posture throughout the exercise. Perform 1 - 3 sets of 10 repetitions provided the exercise is pain free Lunges Begin this leg exercise standing with your back straight in the position demonstrated (figure 2). Slowly lower your body until your front knee is at a right angle. Keep your front knee in line with your middle toe and your feet facing forward. Then slowly return to the starting position maintaining good posture throughout the exercise. Perform 1 - 3 sets of 10 repetitions provided the exercise is pain free Hip Abduction Sidelying Begin this leg exercise lying on your side in the position demonstrated (figure 3). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg upwards tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and then return to the starting position. Perform 1 – 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each leg provided the exercise is pain free. This exercise can be progressed by adding an ankle weight to your ankle for increased resistance.

Dear back pain in Pregnancy is normal. Do not worry. Bt you need to do few exercises for back. please consult an Antenatal Therapist or Physiotherapist who can guide you what exercises are safe for you during this period. Exercises will help to strengthen your back muscles. Exercising during pregnancy is safe but only under expert guidance. Even ex will help you to deliver your baby easily.

A high uric acid level can be caused when your body either produces too much uric acid or your kidneys don't eliminate uric acid rapidly enough. A high uric acid level may cause increasingly frequent attacks of gout, or it may never cause problems. A high uric acid level may also cause some people to develop kidney stones or kidney failure. And some people with a high uric acid level also develop high blood pressure, heart disease or chronic kidney disease, but it's often unclear whether this is a direct cause or merely an early warning sign of these conditions. If there is a disc dislocation it will not heal in 2 weeks a proper treatment is required. Please do a x-ray of the lumbo-sacral region first. Take Mag phos 12x - twice daily and revert back after 7 days. Continue treatment.

I am suffering from pain in my right shoulder from last 4 months or so. Consulted doctor about it; he told me to get a xray of shoulder and after seeing it told me that there is internal swelling in it and advice me some exercises and medicines. You need to consult doctor but a specialist in shoulder. Orthopaedic surgeon who is specialist in shoulder. He will evaluate you properly. Will get mri if needed. After that if physiotherapy is required, he will write down which exercises you need to do and physiotherapist will teach you those exercises.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps.
