Masturbation is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity. In general, the medical community considers masturbation to be a natural and harmless expression of sexuality for both men and women. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behavior. It will not affect you or your ability to have children in the future. If you wish to reduce the frequency of masturbation: It originates from brain, due to thinking about sex. Hence: ·     Do not watch adult material. ·     Concentrate more on your studies or work. ·     Exercise regularly. Penis size can be increased by surgery only.

I am 20 year old female and I am having some issues with my mental health. I just can't keep calm I keep on thinking and over thinking and assuming things on my own. I have no control over my anger and always have trust issues even with the smallest of things or with the person who loves me the most. I think everyone deliberately questions my capabilities and refrains from appreciating me. My love life never works out. It has always been a major failure. Also I ask questions or keep check on the same things over and over again just to make sure that I am not heading towards any mistake. My life is screwed I need help but my jolly nature pisses me off. Nobody understands. So I sleep It's the best option I see. What should I do with my life? These issues are almost as hurting as physical pain. Actually more. What should I do?

You are having stress and anxiety Stress is actually a normal part of life. At times, it serves a useful purpose. Stress can motivate you to get that promotion at work, or run the last mile of a marathon. But if you don't get a handle on your stress and it becomes long-term, it can seriously interfere with your job, family life, and health. Everyone has different stress triggers. Work stress tops the list. Life stresses can also have a big impact MANAGEMENT - you take small, effective and straightforward steps every day to manage and minimize your anxiety such as - 1. Take a deep breath- you can repeat several times: Inhale slowly to a count of four, starting at your belly and then moving into your chest. Gently hold your breath for four counts. Then slowly exhale to four counts. 2. Get active- a brisk 30- to 60-minute walk “releases endorphins that lead to a reduction in anxiety.” You can start today by taking a walk. Or create a list of physical activities that you enjoy, and put them on your schedule for the week. Other options include: running, rowing, rollerblading, hiking, biking, dancing, swimming, surfing, step aerobics, kickboxing and sports such as soccer, tennis and basketball. 3. Sleep well- Not getting enough sleep can trigger anxiety. If you’re having trouble sleeping, tonight, engage in a relaxing activity before bedtime, such as taking a warm bath, listening to soothing music or taking several deep breaths 4. Challenge an anxious thought - “We all have moments wherein we unintentionally increase or maintain our own worry by thinking unhelpful thoughts. These thoughts are often unrealistic, inaccurate, or, to some extent, unreasonable 5. Say an encouraging statement- Positive, accurate statements can help to put things into perspective 6. Stay connected to others- “Social support is vital to managing stress. “Talking with others can do a world of good.” Another option is to get together and engage in an activity that improves your anxiety, such as taking a walk, sitting on the beach or going to a yoga class. 7. Avoid caffeine- there are some substances that exacerbate anxiety. Caffeine is one of those substances. 8. Avoid mind-altering substances- “While drugs and alcohol might help to reduce anxiety in the short term, they often do just the opposite in the long term 9. Do something you enjoy- Engaging in enjoyable activities helps to soothe your anxiety. For instance, today, you might take a walk, listen to music or read a book 10. Take a break- It’s also helpful to build breaks into your day, a “simple change of pace or scenery, enjoying a hobby, or switching ‘to-do’ tasks.” “Breaking from concerted effort can be refreshing.” 11. Problem-solve - how you can address the stressors that are causing your anxiety. Today, make a list of these stressors and next to each one, jot down one or two solutions. 12. Pick up a book- There are many valuable resources on anxiety, which teach you effective coping skills sorting out the above things will help you avoid anxiety and its effects. Don't skip breakfast. Eat regular meals. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. Get more active. Drink plenty of water. Eat high-fibre foods. Read food labels. Use a smaller plate.

I get severe abdominal cramps and pain in the abdomen, back and legs when I get my period. Also, most of the time I loose my appetite, feel nauseous and a lot of time vomit or get loose motions during that time. शतावरी के फायदे

  • आयुर्वेद में लंबे समय से किया जा रहा है शतावरी का इस्‍तेमाल।
  • एक या दो इंच तक का हो सकता है शतावरी का पौधा।
  • नींद न आने की कारगर औषधि है शतावरी।
  • खांसी के लिए भी किया जाता है शतावरी का प्रयोग।

 
शतावरी बहुत पहले से महत्‍वपूर्ण औषधि के रूप में प्रयोग की जा रही है। इसका प्रयोग कई प्रकार के रोगों में किया जाता है। शतावरी झाड़ीनुमा पौधा होता है जिसमें फूल व मंजरियां एक व दो इंच लंबे या गुच्‍छे में लगे होते हैं। शतावरी को शुक्रजनन, शीतल, मधुर एवं दिव्‍य रसायन माना जाता है। 
Benefits of shatavari

कैंसर के मरीजों के लिए यह बहुत ही कारगर औषधि है। नींद न आने की समस्‍या, खांसी, सिरदर्द, आदि के लिए यह बहुत फायदेमंद है। आइए हम आपको बताते हैं कि शतावरी के अन्‍य गुणों के बारे में।

शतावरी के गुण कैंसर के लिए
शतावरी में एंटी-ऑक्‍सीडेंट होता है, जो कि कैंसररोधी है। इसके अलावा शतावरी में विटामिन ए, बी, सी, पोटैशियम और जिंक पाया जाता है। इसमें हिस्‍टोन नामक प्रोटीन पाया जाता है जो कि कैंसर के उपचार में योगदान देते हैं।

खांसी के लिए
अडूसे का रस, शतावरी का रस और मिश्री मिलाकर चाटने या तीनों को मिलाकर चूर्ण बनाकर खाने से खांसी समाप्‍त हो जाती है। सूखी खांसी के लिए यह बहुत फायदेमंद है। कफ में खून आने की बीमारी में भी शतावरी खाने से लाभ होता है।

शक्तिवर्द्धन के लिए
शतावरी के चूर्ण को दूध में डाल कर बनाई खीर या पाक बना कर खाने से पुरूषों में यौन शक्ति बढ़ती है।

अनिद्रा के लिए
अनिद्रा के शिकार लोगों के लिए शतावरी बहुत ही फायदेमंद है। शतावरी का पांच से दस ग्राम चूर्ण, 10-15 ग्राम घी तथा दूध में डालकर नींद न आने की समस्‍या समाप्‍त हो जाएगी।

बुखार के लिए
ज्वर होने पर शतावरी और गिलोय का रस गुड़ में मिलाकर लेने से फायदा होता है। शतावरी से सामान्‍य और तेज दोनों प्रकार के बुखार में फायदा होता है।

सिरदर्द के लिए
माइग्रेन जैसे सिरदर्द के लिए शतावरी बहुत कारगर औषधि है। शतावरी को कूट कर रस निकाल लीजिए। बराबर हिस्‍सों में शतावरी का रस और तिल का तेल मिलाकर सिर पर मालिश करने से सिरदर्द होना बंद हो जाता है। इससे आधाशीशी रोग में आराम मिलता है।

खूनी दस्त आने पर
गीली शतावरी पीसकर दूध में मिला लीजिए, फिर कपड़े से छान कर या रस में घी मिलाकर पका लीजिए। खूनी दस्‍त आने पर इसका इस्‍तेमाल कीजिए, आराम मिलेगा।

शतावरी बहुत ही फायदेमंद पौधा है। इसे सामान्‍य दिनों में भी प्रयोग करने से कई प्रकार के सामान्‍य रोग भी नही होते हैं। सामान्‍य दिनों में प्रयोग करने के लिए, 4-5 मिनट पानी में उबालकर मिक्‍सर से फेंट दीजिए। इसे फ्रिज में रखिए और दो-दो चम्‍मच सुबह शाम प्रयोग कीजिए।

Hello lybrate-user, well is he suffering from hair-loss due to water, or is it a stress-related issue. Nowadays we have lot of options for hair fall. The one I know which is recommended and receives many good reviews is the neel bringadi oil (kerala manufactured) massaging hair with this oil before bed time could be a solution. However, the stress needs to released, so it can be released by either talking to someone, or logging a diary to let go of the emotional turmoil. I hope he feels better. Regards.
