Lybrate-user. Its very important for you to visit a psychiatrist as you are feeling depresed and anxious. You need a teatment in form of anti depressant, anxiolytic and counselling and this would give you better results. Please do it as early as possible as you ll start enjoying your life very soon. Do not hesitate for the treatment as these pills arent habbit forming and need to take under doctor's supervision. And complete a course ad per doctor's suggestion. Take care!

Hello doctor, I am about 67 years old I am suffering from herpes from abt last six months. It attacked on my forehead and aroun my left eye how ever my face got cleared in about a week but I am still suffering from irritation and warmness of the disease till now from inside. It is called as post herpetic neuralgia and for you it seems it is taking a bit long time to become asymptomatic take tb neurobion twice a day for 15 days and revert back.

I am 17. I have quite a lot of hair in front and back. But for the past few weeks I feel like I am loosing a bit of hair in my crown. My scalp of visible when I use a touch and when I walk in sunlight (afternoon) is it that something related to hair loss. Or adolescence. Its not heredity though. P. i would recommend you to follow the following home remedy Natural home remedy using mustard oil and camphor: 1. Take 1 cup mustard oil 2. Add 10 g camphor 3. Heat the oil till the camphor dissolves completely 4. Massage lukewarm oil on the affected area This will help improve the blood circulation in the area and will reduce the inflammation and stiffness Surely you will get results.

IMPORTANT NUTRIENTS DURING WRIGHT LOSS:

Potassium (Lower Blood Pressure): You can get it from milk, potatoes, sweet potatoes, bananas, avocados, and legumes.

Plus, it might lower the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers. And additional fiber is great if you want to lose a few pounds. It fills you up, so you eat less.
