Change your daily routines of getting dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and morning walk with boiled water sipping every half-hour boiled with ginger and tulasi leaves and haldi including. Be in contact with your consulting doctors.

I drink good amount of water every day 8-12 glasses approx, my skin and hair are still dry. Please suggest some good remedy.

Hello, Aloevera juice will sort out your problem, but in prescribed quantity. Have amla,carrots, spinach, avocados etc in your diet.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

I advice you include protein rich food in your diet such a soyabean, milk and milk products, egg and sattu with milk, combination of cereals and pulses. And take a healthy and heavy breakfast.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Gaining or losing weight in days is not possible and even if it is possible because of some supplements then it is dangerous to gain weight you need to have dedication, follow the routine exercise or cardio with 3 days a week of strength training is important follow small meal pattern include calorie dense foods like milkshakes, nuts, scrambled eggs etc avoid junk processed and fizzy drinks to gain weight drink 10-12 glasses of water.

Endura mass is not the right way to gain weight. It leads to rasa & rakta dushti. Gain weight by 1st streamling the digestion & then focussing on things like milk, ghee, dry fruits & herbs like ashwagandha, vidhara, mulethi that will lead to increase in natural weight.

No problem with ghee and for increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

For weight loss you may follow these tips: 1. Have small frequent meals instead of 2-3 large ones 2. Exercise daily for an hr 3. Take stairs instead of lift, walk instead of taking a transport 4. Drink 3 litres water daily 5. Include enough fibre in diet in form of whole fruits, salads, vegetables, stews, whole legumes (sprouts, rajma, soyabean), nuts, oilseeds, whole grains (millets, atta, brown rice, dalia, suji, oats, atta bread). 6. Have low fat dairy products 7. Meat like fish, chicken & egg are advisable. 8. Avoid junk/ processed/ canned/ fried/ sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. 9. Avoid eating out frequently.

Yes. There is a negative on muscle growth if you do it more often. You can check it out. Stop it for 3 weeks and continue your workouts. You will feel more energetic, more motivated, less lethargic. Your blood's finest part is used for sperm formation if you use it so much of it then you are going to hamper your muscle growth. Sperm leads to precious nutrients which losses through ejaculation which were required for your body grow. So avoid ejaculating it as far as possible. Do not do it often.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins.
