First you do health check ups if you are suffering from any health problems.Along with this do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,yoga,squats to reduce weight.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat lots of watery fruits,vegetables Use unrefined foods but not much.Take extra protein to loss weight.Use healthy fats in cooking small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Use lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the morning Take lukewarm water after meals.Take proper sleep.For proper medication you can visit privately.

I am suffering from back pain due to long sitting in the office what should I do to cure from this pain.
Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Belly is the store room for excess body fat. When your food consumption is more than your needs. It will get stored as fat in different parts of body. From cheeks to legs but max amount goes to body. Store room. Sleeping has got nothing to do with fat storage or belly fat. Sleep is a separate body process. To maintain your weight. Eat light. Eat natural. In addition. Do intensive Exercise daily for 1-2 hours. This will ensure. That you will remain fit and fine.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Also follow these exercises daily - 1. Swimming 2. Skipping 3. Pull-ups 4. Suryanamaskar. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Use this home remedy:- 1. Simply rub a thin slice of potato on your underarms. 2. You can also grate the potato and apply the juice to the affected area, allow it to dry for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Coconut oil:- massage the dark underarms with coconut oil. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash it off with mild soap and lukewarm water. Repeat two or three times daily until you achieve the desired results.

Creams and lotions alone cannot give you flawless skin. For your skin to glow, pay attention to what you eat. Your skin is constantly shedding cells that are replaced by new cells. Eating the right food gives these new cells all the nutrients they require to stay fresh, soft and supple. To make your skin blemish free, try adding these five ingredients to your meals.

  1. Spinach - Don't eat spinach only for its iron. Spinach also contains vitamin A and B that are known for their anti- aging properties. This helps prevent the formation of wrinkles and removes dead skin. Vitamin B also protects the skin from the effect of UV rays and skin cancer. It is also high in lutein that boosts skin elasticity and prevents your skin from drying out.

Alcohol - How Much Should You Drink Everyday?

How much alcohol can you safely drink every day? Moderate, say the experts. Alcohol abuse has serious health downsizes, but moderate drinking can actually be good for your heart. Moderate alcohol use has a few other health benefits too. Let’s see what these are.

  1. Reduces risk of developing and dying from heart disease
  2. Reduces your risk of ischemic stroke during which the arteries to your brain become narrowed or blocked, causing reduction of blood flow to your brain
  3. Reduces your risk of diabetes

The link between alcohol and health is tenuous at best and the health benefits of moderate drinking are by no means certain. Also every one may not benefit from alcohol. Moderate alcohol use - Guidelines
One drink a day is considered moderate for healthy women of any age and men older than 65, and up to two drinks a day for men younger than 65. This alcoholic drink can be:

  1. Beer: 12 ounces
  2. Wine: 5 ounces
  3. Distilled spirits : 1.5 ounces

Moderate alcohol use can be counter-productive for you, if you have risk factors for heart disease. It’s always better to take care to lead a healthy lifestyle and eat a heart-healthy diet to reduce your heart attack risks.

Risks of heavy alcohol use
We know about the definition of moderate drinking, but what’s heavy drinking? It is defined as more than three drinks a day for women and men older than 65 (or more than seven drinks a week), and more than four drinks a day for men less than 65 (or more than 14 drinks a week).
Binge drinking is even worse. If you drink four or more drinks within two hours as a woman and five or more drinks within two hours as a man, it is referred to as binge drinking. Heavy drinking, including binge drinking, can increase your risk of serious health problems, like:

  1. Cancer, including breast cancer and cancers of the mouth, throat and esophagus
  2. Pancreatitis or inflammation of the pancreas
  3. Sudden death due to pre-existing cardiovascular disease
  4. Alcoholic myopathy or damage to heart muscle, which causes heart failure
  5. Stroke
  6. High blood pressure
  7. Liver disease
  8. Brain damage in fetuses

It’s best to ditch alcohol altogether. It is the healthiest thing you could ever do. The guidelines make it very clear that you shouldn’t start drinking alcohol, albeit moderately, to make your heart healthy. The best way to have a healthy heart is to eat and exercise right. However, if you are an occasional drinker, you could make sure that your alcohol intake is within limits and you drink moderately at all times so that you don’t attract any health penalties associated with heavy alcohol use. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a general physician.

If you manage your diet well and eat proteins like egg, fish, chicken or paneer or beans, then your protein requirements will be taken care off. With every meal eat a little bit of protein. Lower the amount of starches from your meals and add healthy oils like ghee, cold pressed coconut oil, cold pressed til oil. If at all you want to supplement then you can use whey protein powder.

Dear sir, I have been suffering from hairfall for 3-4 years. In 2011, I had gone through sinus checkup nd then an operation, since then hair falling started. And now the condition is, I have lost many hairs in the middle of my head. I do BALAYAM regularly 2 times a day of 5 minutes duration each. But hairfall is still not stops. Hair fall is not usually caused by disease but is related to aging, heredity and testosterone. Other causes are- hormonal changes for example thyroid disease, child birth and use of birth control pills. A serious illness such as tumour of ovary or adrenal gland. Prolong fever. Medication such as chemotherapy. Permanent hair straightening and excessive use of blow dryer. Emotional stress. Tinea capitis [ring worm of scalp] poor nutrition, limited food intake and deficiencies of certain nutrients. Hair loss is a indication that there is something not well in your body. Take nutritious diet sleep well and avoid stress. Take homeopathic cri-regan 15 drops in half cup of water thrice daily, but this is a temporary treatment. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.
