It could be genetic but not necessarily. Gaining weight is often more difficult and time consuming than weight loss. Red meat is an excellent source of protein that will help you gain muscle. It contains leucine, an amino acid that helps stimulate muscle protein synthesis. The fattier the meat, the more calories you will take in. Just a 170-gram fillet of salmon provides around 350 calories and 4 grams of omega-3 fats. It also provides 34 grams of high-quality protein, helping you build muscle or gain weight. You can make some very simple, high-calorie and well-balanced meals by combining whole grain bread with protein sources such as eggs, meat and cheese. Try combining some dried fruit with a protein source, such as cuts of meat or a whey protein shake. They also mix really well with nuts and natural yogurt, providing a blend of healthy fats, protein and other key nutrients. Try adding avocados, which are loaded with healthy fats to your main meals and other dishes such as omelets or sandwiches. Cheese is a very good source of protein and is also rich in healthy fats. Blood is coming out from anus when passing the stool, this is happening from a week. This is painful especially when I pass the stool.

This is anal fissure. Avoid constipation. Avoid fatty fried food. Add some stool softener like syp duphalac or cremaffin plus at bed time. Take a tub. Add luke warm water in it. Sit in it after passing stool atleast twice daily.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hi, at 13 years of age more than any supplement a good, healthy nutritious diet is required for growth of height and weight. make sure you have plenty of calcium rich foods in your diet - milk, curd, paneer, Rajma, banana, ragi, green leafy vegetables etc. for good absorption of calcium in the body presence of vitamin D is important. make sure theres daily sun exposure in the morning bet 7 am to 10 am for atleast 20 mins. in foods it's present in small quantities in milk, eggs, nuts. have fresh fruits and salads, a mix of Nuts daily to get good dose of vitamins and minerals.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. Be healthy.
