Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy food n hot beverages. Apply sensigel 3 to 4 times a day on affected area n take vitamin B complex capsules for 10 days.

Pod stands for pouch of douglas, you know in olden times organs and spaces in human body were named after person discovering them, douglas was the one to note there was some space around uterus which is empty and pouch like, because the uterus has to grow many times when it's carrying a baby. If not pregnant this space can be infected with pus due to unsterile instruments during deliveries, abortion etc. It's also called pid, pelvic inflammatory disease, common quack calls it sujan, and makes simple treatment complicated. With invent of ultrasound done to rule out or to confirm the disease, there are good oral antibiotics available and there is no need to give injections of antibiotics to earn money, to bother the woman to cone daily to doctor.

I am a 23 year old male with man boobs. I was obese earlier but lost about 15 kgs. Then I also have developed muscles on biceps, my forehands are thin. But the fat seems to be still accumulated near tummy and chest. You can say I am skinny fat. I am 5'6 and weight is 62 kgs. Please suggest me what should I do. Start weight training It promotes fat-free body mass. The lean muscle mass that we all work so hard for decreases with age. If we don't add strength training to our routine then it will turn into fat. It Increases the strength of connective tissue, muscles, and tendons. This leads to improved motor performance and decreased injury risk. It improves your quality of life as you gaining body confidence. Strength training will not only make you strong, but will also help with managing your weight.   1.Chicken is an excellent source of high quality protein, which is important for muscle maintenance and repair, bone health, and weight maintenance. And of course, there are so many ways you can cook and prepare chicken.   2. Paneer Not many people know this, but paneer is almost entirely pure casein protein. Finally, your body requires the fiber these fruits and vegetables provide to aid in proper digestion and nutrient uptake.   9. In fact, they play an essential role in hormone production (testosterone and growth hormones), which helps drive muscle growth and strength gains. In addition, fats are needed for many important maintenance functions. Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats are the good fats. When I eat eggs (boiler and local) not matter bhurji or omelette or curry then always I need to suffer from loose motion I am having this problem from last 3-4 years. What would be the reasons? How to avoid this?

Dear Lybrate user it seems that your stomach is sensitive to things you mentioned. Avoid more spicy and oily foods. Include cow ghee 2-3 tsp regularly in your food. Take tab panchamrit parpati 250 mg twice daily for about 5 days.

Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss, it requires cut down in calories (under the guidance of dietician) along with exercises like brisk walking or cycling or yoga and stretching 5 days a week for at-least 25-30 mins. Include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, kakri, cabbage and fruits like melon, watermelon, plums. Avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of flaxseed powder in the morning and go for walk. Don’t skip breakfast. Thank you.

1. Go for regular brisk walk for 30 minutes daily 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugar 3 monthly and hba1c six monthly 6. Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment.

My son is 4 years n 6 months old ,he is having cavities(no pain) in his premolars,kindly suggest can i wait till they fall ? As he is now brushing twice daily.

In 4 yrs old there will be no premolars, they are milk teeth. Those cavities should be filled as they will fall at a age of 11 yrs.

Don't worry about the cost. Just make sure that the doctor who puts braces is an mds in orthodontist. Very important. As per your question. 35000 for ceramic braces is ok. If you are in bombay.
