Hey guys! I'm a 16 years old male! So here's the story, looking to keep it as short as possible! I'verecently had this hamstring, glutes injuries around 3-4 months ago. It all started by me doing squats with the squatting machine in the gym. It was my first time doing it and with my stubborn head I've put as much weight on the machine as I could possibly lift. I didn't feel it then but the next day I could barely walk. Which was understandable but, in the following week it didn't get much better. And when I actually thought it was going to get better, it gradually got worse over time. Maybe because I started doing bodyweight exercises such as normal squats then few weeks later tuck jumps. I also recently started doing stretches for my legs. Butit doesn't seem to help. I used to put oil on my leg (Oil that muay thai fighter use) and it didn't seem to help either. Then of course I stopped doing the squats and any sort of exercises for my legs. It's only my right hamstring that is affected and the right side of my glutes which ispretty weird. I really don't know what to do. Also, my leg isn't swollen or you couldn't really tell if you'd look at my leg that it's messed up. It's particularly sore when I do sit ups, for example, when I lock my feet under a bed and then try to do a sit up. It's also really sore when I try to touch my toes with straight legs and when I sit down, straighten my legs and try to touch my toes then. It's a little sore when I just walk too.

Hi take rest. Apply hot water foementation. Avoid painful movements. You can take physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation. Exercise will strengthen your hand. Best wishes.

My back is paining may be due to too much of bike riding. Now it always pains. Just by sitting also it pains. What to do.

Stop riding bike. Use hot packs avoid sitting continuously. Do back muscles strengthening exercises.

I had an intimate with my fiance last month and on the next day I got my periods for almost 3-4 days. Few days back I had severe back pain. Hello, as you had your periods after the intercourse, there is no chance of pregnancy. Missing the menstrual period can be due to some other reason. Wait for some time and you will have the period.

I've severe back ache with pains shooting down on right side from buttock to thigh. What should I do?

Kindly show me digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi my son completed 11 month but he is still crawling only but he will stand by holding things all and if I put him in walker he will walk fast all over. I am giving practice to him to walk by holding my hand but he walk only 10 steps later he sits. When will he walk. Any things I want to do.

I am 6.2 feet tall, Gym free, but from some days by back is aching. I alsk used the back support belt still no relief. Tried some google and found some exercises little bit relieved but not fully recovered. What should I do next. Bed rest or some physiotherapy.

What would help you may be a course of 10 days of physio in a clinic. You take. Will relieve your pain. Then slowlyand ift or ust. That will first reduce your pain and then start on exercises. Exercises have to be taught bu the physio. So tht yo the right you do it the right way. As of now start a hot water fermentation for our back. The pain will reduc slowly.

I have been seen by a few specialists for my sharp stabbing pain between upper shoulder blades along spine. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

You do yoga it is best in fitness & lose wait you wear shoes either shilper light wait & comfortable you teke hot water then deep your leg in hot water when you feel cold then outside your leg you can also some exercise some days OK either you can also take 10-15 days physiotherapy you feel batter then time after physiotherapy.
