Hello lybrate-user, try to loose your weight naturally you have to do some dietary changes and physical activity. Take small & frequent meal (2 major meal and 3-4 small meal). Avoid taking heavy dinner. Cut or stop simple sugar and simple carbs, preserved, tinned and canned products from diet. Avoid outside food. Try to take 4-5 meals of green leafy vegetables & fruits. Take sufficient water (10-12 glasses in a day). Start work out approx for 30-40 minutes daily like brisk walk, running, jogging, skipping, swimming whatever you like. You can also consult with a dietician for proper diet chart.

Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (BMI) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. Hello weight loss without any effort and activity should be checked by your family physician. As this could be due to thyroid hormonal imbalance. Weight gain can be due to balanced diet, physical activity for 30-45 minutes atleast 2-3 days/ week. Include pulpy fruits like banana, mango, sitaphal, chickoo. Nuts and oilseeds. Honey, jaggery to be included in your diet. Take 8-10 hours sleep.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You have mentioned backache as your problem. If you have only localized backache with no other associated symptoms like radiating leg pain, numbness, paresthesias etc, and no systemic symptoms like fever, loss of appetite, loss of weight etc, my advice to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - to maintain proper posture while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or even tab paracetamol which suits you - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied 3-4 times in a day - analgesic spray for local application like dynapar qps spray can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc if you do not improve in 2-3 weeks with this conservative management, we will need to evaluate you further in form of dynamic x rays to look for any instability as a cause for pain and some blood investigations to rule out any deficiencies etc. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. First thing your brushing was improper that is why yellow color spots came on teeth. Next is if you had this problem before braces that should have been treated before starting with braces and proper scaling has to be done before braces.

Dear, to make your skin healthy follow these methods: * eat more fruits & vegetables such as apple, banana, melon, cucumber. Do not skip your meal. Eat a bowl of cereal daily in afternoon. * avoid to use of any steroid containing application or cream on face. *use less cosmetic products. * drink plenty of water in a day at least 6 to 8 glass of water in a day. * do long walk daily for 10 to 15 minutes. Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes. * do sinhasan daily under the guidance of yoga expert. * drink a glass of milk by adding 1 teaspoon of bornvita powder daily in evening.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.

Hello sir I am masturbated for last two years agoo later on that I was stopped and during night the sperms fall so loose energy and becoming weak soo some one told me that take a tablet of nurokind more rf (1-1) for a month so that helpful or not and. Two glands becoming loose and fallen down completely for some time later on that early morning or sometimes becoming solid actually the the gland are to be tight. You should take chandraprabha vati 1-1 tab with milk twice a day. Take pranacharya dhatupaushtik churna and swapna dosh har churna with milk twice a day. Avoid tea and coffee.

Hi , in healthy weight loss plan will depend on your requirement. Basically you need to consider calories, how much calories in the particular weight plan, then consider what is the exact source of high calories which come from is that protein or carbs or fat.
