Dear, 5 cigerettes per day is nothing. You wil be able to stop it without any problem. Just leave it and pledge never to touch. Show your will power to yourself. You may feel craving problem for three days. In those days use nicotine chewing gum. Then stop that too. Take care.

Listening to your symtoms it looks like you are developing a condition called oral submucous fibrosis. The treatment of patients with oral submucous fibrosis depends on the degree of clinical involvement. If the disease is detected at a very early stage, cessation of the habit is sufficient. Most patients with oral submucous fibrosis present with moderate-to-severe disease. Moderate-to-severe oral submucous fibrosis is irreversible. Medical treatment is symptomatic and predominantly aimed at improving mouth movements.

Coming out of the past, living in present and focusing on future needs some practice. We need to find a larger goal of life and focus our energies on achieving it. With this past will not haunt as much. Else we start living in the past with feeling of guilt and remorse. Will be great if can contact a cognitive therapist and have a few sessions.

I m very aggressive nd goes annoyed on every second moment. I m unable to control my anger.

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist, Bangalore
If this has been a pattern for a long time I suggest that you meet with a counselor and with your parents. Your parents will be able to throw some light on where this anger is likely to come from. None of the feelings are to be controlled. The way you express them has to be appropriate. Now anger is pure energy and people mistakenly think that they must express anger violently, or aggressively, or they can damage something, or throw a fit, or kill, or hurt, or withdraw, etc. These expressions can be followed, if they are appropriate to the situation. You can instead simply talk about the feeling, write about it and share it with someone who understands; scream and shout in a situation which warrants it and so on. When the expression is most suitable, the repercussions are minimized and the other person tends to understand and is willing to apologize and sort out the matter. Many of us are inclined to worry about the consequences of expressing anger and use fear to suppress the legitimate expression. You can exorcise your anger out of your system by exercising, but it is the energy that is expended not the feeling. Unexpressed feelings will hurt you back by clinging on to a favorite organ and troubling it enough to cause it to malfunction or lead to its total dysfunction. You can also hand over the feeling to God, if you are a spiritual person, and very effectively too. All feelings must be expressed without exception.

Dear lybrate-user, I hope only after counsulation in person you have started the medicine from your psychiatrist. It is good that you feel there is improvement. Please do not stop or cut down on medicine without doctor's advice. Secondly along with medicines attending psychotherapy will help. Learn to overcome the obessive thoughts. Therapy will equip you to cope up with discomforting emotions. Plan sessions with psychologist which will help you to work on cognitive skills as well. It is proven that medicine and therapy togather brings better and long lasting recovery. Feel free to discuss your concerns. Once you learn coping strategies then you can plan a review for medicines. Remember you are not responsible for your disease but you are certainly recovery.
