How to get good sound sleep I get sleep only for 6 hrs someone told to get 8 hrs sleep for height growth.

7 hours sleep is okay more sleep will make person dull one thing I want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active.

While brushing my teeth in the morning and when I gargle my mouth with water, blood comes out. I do not know whether its my gums or from my throat. But my gums are not cut or anything.

Please consult your dentist first, if dentist find your gums healthy you should visit ent specialist. Bleeding while brushing occurs due to gingivitis (inflammation of gum) throat infection may cause bleeding but it occurs on cough mostly.

Hello doctor, my frontal teeths are protruding day by day at the age of 39 steel braces will be work out or removal of frontal teeths (i.E. 4teeths) by replacing artificial teeths will be ok. Which one will be apt for me kindly suggest me. Scaling has done in my case 4 times till date.

Eat a high carbohydrate and high protein diet with adequate amount of fat. This will help you to put on muscles. Try to incorporate the following things in your diet along with having a normal diet what you have. Drink 750 ml- 1 litre whole milk everyday. You can have milk plain or in form of shake or in form of curd, paneer and other milk products. Banana shake is very helpful for increasing weight and strength. Have 2-3 whole eggs daily in your diet. You can have it in the form of curry/omelette/bhurji/katti rolls or any other form.

Hi. Backpain is a common problem. It is mainly due to bad posture and activities like bad reading position, bad chairs n bad bed etc. Stand and walk upright without stooping. Sit in a proper chair. Take 5-10 min breaks every 2 hrs. Sleep on a flat bed. Do exercise daily. While sleeping keep a rolled towel under your knees. Back pain gets relieved by lifestyle modifications. Thank you.

Firstly start doing surya namaskar in morning for amazing results, its more than just a weight loss exercise, it should be done empty stomach. Secondly start eating fruits and juices (seasonal fruit) every alternative days, and other alternatives days eat normal routine diet, do this for 90 days for best results.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

I am jain at food and I am facing underweight problems I smoke often what can be done to gain weight?

Two glasses of milk contain around 14 gram of protein while the polyunsaturated fats in almond add those extra calories when included in the everyday diet. Crush a handful of almonds and add it to the boiling milk. Simmer it for five minutes. You can sweeten it with a tsp of sugar. Then, pour it in a glass and sip it slowly. To make it more effective, you may put in dates and dried figs in the boiling milk. Drink it twice daily for two months.

Hello, weight reduction is mainly due to improper digestion. Try these ayurvedic tips- a) improve your digestion with help of ayurvedic medicines b) practice pawana muktasana daily which will improve the digestion and increase the weight side by side c) avoid late night sessions and go to bed before 10 pm d) wake up before 6: 30 am e) avoid junk and spicy diet f) increase sweet and dairy products in your meals.
