Dear lybrate user. I can understand. At your age, exercises including weight training and cardio improve the strength of muscles. Therefore these exercise tightens the vafina. You can also include some kegal pelvic tightening exercises. Take care.

If patients have completed their families, they have the option to donate these frozen embryos to research, another couple, or training; the embryos can also be discarded.

Please note that there are several factors for such issue: •Interpersonal relationship issues. Partner performance problems, lack of emotional satisfaction with the relationship, the birth of a child, and becoming a caregiver for a loved one can decrease sexual desire. •Sociocultural influences. Job stress, peer pressure, and media images of sexuality can negatively influence sexual desire. •Low testosterone. Testosterone affects sexual drive in both men and women. Testosterone levels peak in women's mid-20s and then steadily decline until menopause, when they drop dramatically. •Medical problems: Mental illnesses such as depression, or medical conditions, such as endometriosis, fibroids, and thyroid disorders, impact a woman's sexual drive both mentally and physically. •Medications: Certain antidepressants (including the new generation of SSRIs), blood pressure lowering drugs, and oral-contraceptives can lower sexual drive in many ways, such as decreasing available testosterone levels or affecting blood flow. The cause needs to be identified and then treated. Use lubricant both of you for better sex.

After the abortion, there may have bleeding anywhere from 2 weeks and up to 6 weeks. Recovery bleeding is usually heavy the first few days and will taper off. If you were farther along, you may have “period like” bleeding for couple of weeks. Then it will begin to taper off around the third week. Sometime after the bleeding begins to taper off, your body will begin preparing for your first menstrual cycle. This may happen weeks after you have stopped your recovery bleeding because the pregnancy hormones need to go away first. First Period after Abortion Most of the time, women experience their first regular period within 4 to 8 weeks post-abortion. You need to let your doctor know if you think you are still having recovery bleeding after 8 weeks and/or your regular period has not returned. This is especially important if you are still having symptoms of pregnancy. There are cases of women having trouble with their periods for as long as a few years after having an abortion. Periods tend to last longer with heavier flow, and more cramps than before. These problems may occur in cycles of several months and then get better for several months.

You have pcod problem. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs. Keep your weight normal. These will definitely help you in your periods.

The symptoms suggest pelvic inflammatory disease, it's much more than just vaginal infection. You need ayurvedic tablets to strengthen your hormonal system. Kindly visit my clinic or consult.
