Fibroid issue is treatable? Won't it cause any other problems? Can you suggest some of the home remedies for the same.
Fibroid treatment depends upon the size, site and number of fibroids. It doesn't give rise to cancer. Fibroids can be best treated by surgery. Medications can subside symptoms. No home remedies cure fibroids.

I am so fat how do I loose my weight and having respiratory problem and skin. Got dark legs.what should I do?
You can definitely reduce Fat ,Follow this Low calorie, normal protein, vitamins and minerals, low carbohydrate, low fat and liberal fluid, high fibre diet is recommended. 1) There is no other way of reducing weight except by consuming less calories. 2) Deep fried, processed foods, pickles, papads, pastries, biscuits, nuts, chocolates, ice creams, deserts should be completely avoided. 3) During business meetings go for plain rice with thin dals and lots of salads. 4) Dinner should be taken as early as possible 5) Simple sugars, nuts, dry fruits ( except almonds and walnuts) should be restricted. 6) Small frequent meals ( containing high fibre, low fat ,moderate to low carbohydrates , moderate proteins, normal vitamins and minerals)with regular exercise is beneficial. 7) Begin your meal with a big bowl of salad or soups. 8) Drink plenty of water. 9) Do not skip meals 10) Prefer roasted /grilled /steamed/boiled food items. 11) Tea consumption should be reduced . Replace tea with organic green tea. Do not have tea along with any meal. 12) Consumption of full cream milk will increase fat percentage so skimmed milk is a good option. Avoid -Rice, Sugar ,Potato ,Sweets,Beet , Ghee, fried foods,j unkfood ,vada, samosa, bhajji, Banana ,Grapes ,Chickoo,Seetaphal ,Mango Avoid Mutton ,organ meats, egg yolk, buffaloes milk, cheese, paneer ,pizza ,burger,Choclates etc. Have 2-3 Cups of ecovalley green Tea ,it will help reducing Weight & Fat.

My mother suffering from second stage rectal cancer with rectal bleeding and also renal failure and diabetes doctor's...
Treatment of rectal cancer is surgery. Well, patient has to be fit for it. If there are associated medical problems they need to be corrected/controlled before going ahead with surgery. So it is better for your mother to take treated at a multi-speciality / medical college hospital for a well coordinated management. Thanks.

For a glowing skin I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

These creams are good enough.melasma is a challenging problem.By just using creams ,it vil not disappear.along with your sunscreens and topical medications,u vil also require to do procedures like peels and lasers.u vil have to do this on a monthly basis in order to maintain it.

Facial at home

Facial at home

Ever felt that your skin has lost its radiant glow? or that it's feeling a little too dry (or oily)? do you feel like in the midst of friends, work and relationships, there's absolutely no time to head to the spa for a facial? well not to worry, you can now give yourself a fabulous facial at home. So read on, and give these facial tips at home a try.

Cleanse:

To prep yourself for a facial, you need to start by washing your hands. Remember, you'll be using your hands to massage and treat your face. So they must be clean. Wash them with warm water and a simple bar soap. Your hands carry germs that can lead to breakouts on your skin.

Tie up your hair:

Tie you hair back (use a hairband to hold back stray strands or bangs). You need your face to be clear of any obstructions for a through facial.

Remove your makeup:

Now we move onto cleansing your face thoroughly. You can either use natural ingredients like milk or you can go for a gentle makeup cleanser (choose the cleanser that suits your skin type best.) use cotton balls to gently wipe off the makeup from your eyes, cheeks, lips, face and neck. Move the cotton ball in gentle circular motions. Around the eyes, be careful and use gentle strokes (don't tug at the skin!)

Exfoliate:

This is an important step. Exfoliation helps remove dead skin, reduces large pores and prevents fine lines and wrinkles. Spread the exfoliator on your palms and massage your skin in circular motions. You don't need to press the exfoliating beads into your skin, just a gentle amount of pressure is fine. Avoid scrubbing the exfoliator around your eyes. If you don't have an exfoliator, take a cup of milk and add a teaspoon of granulated sugar, this works just as well!

Steam:

Take a clean washcloth and run under hot water. Place it over your face and let it rest for five minutes. Alternatively, you can fill a pot of water till it is boiling. Then stand with your face above the steaming water. Drape a cloth over your head to prevent the steam from escaping. You can add drops of rosemary oil to add to the cleansing process. Steam your face for 10-15 minutes, not more. If you have sensitive skin, try and avoid this step as it can exacerbate the problem.

Mask:

The fourth step of this process is to apply the facial mask. It is vital to choose a facial mask that suits your skin type. For oily skin, you can try a mud or clay mask to absorb the extra oil from your skin. For dry skin, go for a hydrating or creamy face mask. Combination skin needs both these elements. Cover your face in a light mask, avoiding the areas around the eye. You can soothe your eyes with cucumber slices. After 15 minutes, wash off the mask with plenty of water and pat it try.

Moisturise:

To maintain the texture of your glossy skin, use a moisturiser after wiping off the face mask. For oily skin, you can choose a water-based or light moisturiser, while for dry skin you can use a denser cream. For sensitive skin, avoid a product with heavy fragrances or acidic ingredients. These can cause breakouts or rashes.

Hello sir my name is swidas mughante I am 40 year old man I am having white spot problem since last two year tell me what should I do.

Hello sir my name is swidas mughante I am 40 year old man I am having white spot problem since last two year tell me ...
Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin D (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night and Ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20 days (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with SPF 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. again.
