You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night to remain healthy. Dont wake up early. If your sleep is inadequate you will loose concentration and feel tired

i am aged 23. I had my last periods on 9 th april which last for 5 days. On 18th I had sex with my partner. I took emergency pill aftr 10-12 hours. I got slight periods aftr 2 weeks. But I difnt get my periods on my actual period daye and 6 days have passed. What should I do. Help me.

Use warm olive oil massage daily 3-4 times take a vit. E capsule, break it and take out the contents. Apply this on the area. Remove after 20 min with warm water.

You have to understand that pimples & pimples marks are basically infections in your skin pores (glands) in which sweat is forming. If you want complete cure of pimples you have to be infection free, as skin have very little blood supply, so take time to remove infections. If you will trust me, I will cure it but it will take time and some precautions, please upload its photo.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. For pigmentation: Increase your consumption of vitamin A (green vegetables, sweet potatoes, carrots, red chilly peppers, spinach, broccoli, lettuce), vitamin C (oranges, lemon, Kinu, papaya, cabbage, green vegetables), vitamin E (eggs, nuts, non-vegetarian food) and vitamin B12 (liver, mutton, egg, milk, and cheese). Drink lots of water. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe’s Sepia 30/ thrice daily and apply Medisynth’s Witch Hazel cream. Apply Bakson’s Suncare sunscreen cream 20-30 minutes before stepping out.

The minerals silica and zinc are also critical for hair growth. Take 500 mg of silica two times daily and 30 mg of zinc once daily. Food sources of silica include cucumber, mango, green leafs, beans, celery, asparagus. Natural Organic silica is also found in horsetail herb. Among some of the foods high in zinc are pumpkin seeds, fresh oysters, brazil nuts, eggs, pecans.

Hello lybrate-user, you need to apply berberis aqua q over those black spots for 3 times in a day for 2 weeks. Keep drinking more and more water. Eat papaya and citrus fruits for more glowing skin. If possible, try to have fresh fruit juices in morning. Do all these things. You will get good glowing skin within 4-5 days.

Hi, get an ultrasound (pelvis) done to rule out pcod. Also, send me more details, symptoms, other medical conditions of your case. Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - hamamelis q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water every 2 hrly during the menses. And for rest of the days, take five phos. And alfaalfa tonic. Take them thrice daily for 4 weeks and revert me back.

Do consult with reports 1) avoid hard water to drink, drink sufficient boiled water or purified water only. 2) avoid fruits containing small seeds like tomato, guava, vegetables like brinjal, 3) drink sugar-cane juice without ice empty stomach or as possible. 4) take 4 crushed elaichi (cardamom) add 2 cup of water boiled to become half filter it, add 2 spoons of cow ghee take on empty stomach.

Premature greying is greying before the age of 30 yr, after that it is natural physiological process. There are various reasons involved in it. Genetic factor is on top, apart from that stress, nutritional factor, thyroid also adds up in it. It is important to check extent of greying and condition of hair follicle. Treatment is available for it. Diet rich in minerals, protein and iron is good for hair. Sprouts, beans, nuts, soya are good sources of protein. Green leafy vegetables will give iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp with jaborandi hair oil 3/week and wash it 3/week.

Hello. According to ayurveda, its a indigestion of pitta. I am giving some tips * avoid sour salty spicey diet * avoid curd * avoid day sleep * take black dry grapes 20 to 30, after meal 1 hour * avoid stress & anger * take food little less than your hunger *constipation must be avoided. I drink 3 cups of tea in the morning and 1 brown bread sandwich with raw vegetables. In the lunch I eat 1 chapati with curd. In the evening I drink 1 cup tea with 2 biscuits and I walk for 1 hour or 45 minutes in the evening. After that boiled with honey and lemon. Hi, try having warm lemon water with honey every morning. Below tips could help you start your weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea at least once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits at least twice a day.

I am 58 years old. There is regular pain on left side back and front side below 4" from chest or 5" distance from nabhi. On back side pain both side on upper side of hip. I drink minimum 6 lt water in a day but urine out put in a day 1/2 lt. And at the time of urine I feel burden pain.

Sir I would advice you to go for thorough investigation related to your kidney. As you have mentioned 6litre water intake and output only. 5litres. Suggest kidney issues. - blood test, renal profile, cbc, esr, c reactive protein, urine routine, 24 hour creatinine clearance, liver panel - sonography abdo and pelvis. First b4 drawing to conlusion. Investigation matters. Pls do it as soon as possible.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Neck advice hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow.
