Dear Doctor, I have acidity problem for the last 18 years. In 1996, it was diagnosed as Mild inflammatory Oesophagus and reflux. Was treated for two months. I have it remained almost all these 16 years. Regularly taking Omez 20 mg for almost 5-6 years. Recently I have suffered from 'dysphagia' for solids, after a an acute gastroenteritis with fever for two days .it was treated with antibiotics and pro biotic and glucose. One Doctor suggested me neck CT, Gastric Endoscopy. After Endoscopy, the Gastroenterologist concluded that there are two healing ulcers and HP infection for he prescribed Sompraz HP kits for 15 days. He advised also to consult a neurologist and if it is not Neurological problem then get neck scan to rule out tumor. After one of taking HP kit tablets, my problem of difficulty in swallowing food was disappeared. I didn't get other Tests. But even now I have to take either esomeprazole or pantoprazole tablets daily. My other problems and medication: (1) anxiety (for some 10 years alprax 0.25+0.5+0.25 and for the last 5-6 years lonazep 0.25 +0.5). When I was admitted hospital for gastroenteritis, one psychiatrist prescribed Serta 100 for six months and planned to wane of Clonazepam. (2) gardenal for 40 years. Taking 30 mg for the last 27 years. I had the last seizure in 1973 (3) previously I was asthmatic till 2000. That 20 years problem was almost totally cured. No attacks after 1999. (4) when asthma treatment came to an end I was diagnosed as high BP patient. Now I am taking MetXL 50 daily one tablet. What is your precious advice to me after reading all these problems? Kindly guide me. Thanking you.

first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.gokshuradi guggul 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. usheerasav 4 tsp before lunch and dinner

Your body type is the ectomorphic kind. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk. Products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated. Supplements like weight gainers are helpful but you must do weight training with it to get the best effect.

Hi lybrate-user you should take aswagandha, sataber and amla, safed musali and mishri in equal quantity. All mix and make it powder then take this powder 1 tea spoon full twice a day with milk for 1 month. Do proper exercise. You will feel physically fit very soon.

Hi dear, just try to feel your breathing pattern initially. Meditation is the last step in ashtang yoga. Dharan dhyaan samaadhi (meditation) deep inhaling & deep exhaling is the best way to destress urself. Listen to om chants, gayatri mantra. Thanx.

-Dolo-650 mg twice or thrice daily can be used to lower a fever . -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever  -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc.  -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food

Dear, These are the causes of greying of hair: • improper Diet (Malnutrition) • Due to other skin diseases (Dandruff, Leucoderma etc) • Stress • Due to medicines • Use of chemical products (hair gel, colours) • Due to pollution For prevention from greying of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

Most of us do not know the importance of staying fit unless we suffer from some ailment. Staying fit is definitely a daunting task but it pays off eventually. People often avoid and neglect health and fitness either due to their hectic daily schedule or due to mere laziness and step out for a walk or some sort of activities. The fact is staying fit is not at all a difficult task and once one starts inculcating the habit of practicing healthy habits, he will find it difficult not to stick to those habits. These are seven smart fitness tips that will help you to maintain body fitness.
1. The Most Important One—Exercise
When it comes to fitness and staying in shape all we want to do is hit the gym and then we whim “no time for it.” But it is not necessary to visit a gym to maintain health and fitness. Regular physical activity improves circulation and is a key to beat stress. Although it is imperative that you step out of home to walk for at least 30 minutes every day but if your schedule really does not permit you then read on for these easy tips.
Say No To Elevator
You can burn from 7 to 10 calories from one minute of climbing of stairs and this would be a reason for you to decide how many stairs you would like to climb each day.
Swim
Swimming is a very great way to stay fit. Butterfly stroke in swimming for 10 minute is believed to burn 150 calories.
2. Eat Healthy
Include lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in your diet. Try to eat a balanced diet and ensure that you do not eat full stomach on each meal. Instead go for healthy snack every 3 hours. It is best to avoid street foods and junk foods like burgers, pizza and artificially sweetened soft drinks. One should also avoid consuming alcoholic drinks as it not only affects weight loss but also leads to various ailments. Include high protein diet in your meals such as poultry, fish, tofu, soya, and beans.
3. Drink Plenty Of Water
It is imperative to keep your body hydrated to maintain health and fitness of the body. Water is believed to be a natural cleanser of the digestive system and organs. Water also ideal for detoxification that flushes out toxins from the body through skin pores (in the form of sweat) and urine.
4. Get Enough Sleep
Our daily life has become such that we have time for everything but ourselves. We neglect our health and fitness so much so that many people even tend to cut down their sleep time to invest that time in other activities. To stay healthy an adult should sleep for at least 6 to 7 hours a day, if not more. Lack of sleep affects our cognitive skills, mood and concentration, induces stress hormones, and even affects our metabolism system and immune system. Getting enough sleep helps to heal and repair body and mind from daily stress.
5. Get Regular Health Check-ups Done
A regular health check-up is must for you as it helps in early detection if and when something abnormal goes inside your body. Your eye might tend to miss out any abnormality such as a mole or a lump but a physical examination will ensure you to find out such abnormalities. If you cannot get regular check-ups done you should at least get an annual check-up to make sure everything is just the way it is supposed to be.
6. Beat Stress
Stress can not only harm your mind but also your body and may cause digestive and cardiac problems. Regular exercising, meditation, engaging in spiritual activities, giving time for enjoying your hobbies, in short taking out time for leisure to engage in activities you like doing the most is said to relieve the body from the harmful effects of stress.

Hair loss, also known as alopecia or baldness, refers to a loss of hair from the head or body.Baldness can refer to general hair loss or male pattern hair loss. Hair loss and hypotrichosis have many causes including androgenetic alopecia,fungal infection, trauma (e.g., due to (trichotillomania), radiotherapy,chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies (e.g., iron deficiency), and autoimmune diseases (e.g., alopecia areata).Hair loss severity occurs across a spectrum with extreme examples including alopecia totalis (total loss of hair on the head) and alopecia universalis (total loss of all hair on the head and body). The most common cause of alopecia is *Androgenetic alopecia (male-pattern or female-pattern hair loss) *Androgenetic alopecia is an androgen-dependent hereditary disorder in which dihydrotestosterone plays a major role. This form of alopecia may eventually affect up to 80% of white men by the age of 70 (male-pattern hair loss) and about half of all women (female-pattern hair loss). Throat pain medicine may not work if you have not stopped taking spicy fried chilled food. If you scream a lot. Sometimes antibiotics may not be effective in particular case than it may be changed as per your doctor advice or a test called throat swab for culture and sensitivity may be required to find out affecting bacteria and effective antibiotics.

Blood in stools could be due to Piles, dysentery, fissures etc. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat soft diet. Avoid constipation. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. If required, consult with details.
