There is nothing to worry about smarak---------------masturbation may be done at intervals of 35 days or more than 35 days to prevent any adverse effects on the body although doing it once or twice a week is bearable. ------just control a little bit more and you are almost there--------------this is still a debate whether masturbation causes pimples or not but in your case as you do masturbate to a tolerable limit, I do not think that your pimples problem is due to masturbation and it is just due to hormonal changes--------mostly right testes is bigger than left testicle and intermittent pain in testicle is a normal phenemenon unless you experience some really acute pain nd swelling and can be related to your masturbation habit------------so just try a little bit more in controlling this habit and myself being a homoeopath will surely help in this direction if you find difficulty---try for another month and again consult if problem------------

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Hello- Yes Epididymitis can be cured permanently with the help of ayurveda. Ayurveda not only provides medications, but also modifies the diet schedule and daily routine which plays a major role in avoiding its recurrence. Eg. Intake of spicy diet, late night work out, over masturbation etc affects testicular function specially in the case of epididymitis, this is why you are facing pain even after the medicinal treatment.

Lack of sleep mostly occurs due to lot of stress. So relax yourself and do not indulge in negative thoughts. You can take a walk before sleeping. Taking hot water bath before sleeping also helps head massage with foot massage with soothing oil such as brahmi oil before sleeping will help you to sleep. Don't loose your self confidence. Try to channelize your strength in positive direction. Become more social. It is normal phenomenon the sperm has to come out when not having active sexual life or you can say unmarried. But if it associated with fever, burning sensation, pain in micturition or itching then you have to worry. The weakness and shake in limbs are most probably due to stress. Take care.

If someone have cough more than one week and cold for one week and have pain in throat.
Drink plenty of warm fluids. Drinking warm fluids helps to loosen the secretions in your sinuses so that your mucus flows more freely, making you feel better faster. Studies show that drinking warm fluids relieves cold symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fatigue.

It seems as if you are bothered with constipation/irregularities of your bowel habbits. Let me tell you how can your digestive system be regularized. First of all have a look at your life style. Regular sleep and dietary habbits, in most of cases do suffice. Any addictions, may be smoking, drinking, tobacco chewing etc. Also have bad effects on digestion. In addition, compulsorily mixed type of salad must be present at each time when you eat. Add fruits of season to lunch. Drink a lot of water. Extra effort for the problem may be planned by adding simple food changes to your habits, tell me the routine. Hope satisfied regards.

Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne.Weight gain and trouble losing weight.Extra hair on the face and body.Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp.Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding.Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant(infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do.Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods. Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.
