Most of the youth have misconceptions about penis size and sexual performance .They run after many tricks to increase the penis size! The average penis size of 8.8 cm (3.5 inches) when flaccid, whereas the penis size of 12.9 cm (5.1 inches) when erect Funnily a large number of men believe their penis is small and they cannot satisfy their partner. In fact almost 80- 90 % of women are happy with the penis size of their partner. The circumference or girth (you may say width) is 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches) in flaccid stage. It is 12 cm in erected state (4.7 inches) Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Be happy with your individual qualities nature has bestowed on you. At present, there is no proof of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of a normal penis. Some general research has been done regarding the safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) of the ingredients of various pharmaceutical or quasi-pharmaceutical preparations, but thus far, nothing has emerged to cause mainstream medicine to adopt any of them. There are also risks inherent in some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function.

Breast milk contain HIV but even by this way getting HIV is extremely rare though single episode Even you are not sure she is lactating or not. If you have doubt then you can test HIV PRO VIRAL DNA after 15 days of incidence.

Ringworm is not a skin allergy. It is a fungal infection which spreads through contact. Visit your nearest dermatologist. Who will be able to give you the required medications after assessing the extent of infection. Do not use steroid based creams. Which are given to you by the pharmacist / chemist or friends or neighbours or family members. your problem wil reduce momentarily and wil b complicated even more by use of steroid creams. Wash your clothes seprate from that of family members to avoid spreading the infection. After washing clothes saok clothes in plain hot water for 10 minutes.

I think he is suffering from chronic otitis media. Symptoms reccur after catching cold. He may have a small perforation in his tympanic membrane but must be confirmed by otological examination. He may need antibiotic ear dps. It heals with passage of time. Precations sud be taken to save him from frequent cold. Keep his ear dry and not allow water to go into his ears while bathing. Medication is required if there is active discharge from the ear.

Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1.It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2.Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3.If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4.The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5.Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6.Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7.What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. Stay away from too much caffeine, alcohol, or a heavy meal just before sleeping. They only make you stay awake for longer and may cause heartburn or stomach trouble. Don't drink too much water, or else you will be making more midnight trips to the bathroom than clocking those sleep hours. 8.Try to keep your head clear of all worries and stress when in bed. Regular meditation and deep breathing can help. There is no end to all the things you can do to sleep well and comfortably. It is important to be self-disciplined to sleep well and hence be a healthy individual. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. 1. Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with karvol plus inhalant capsule. 2. Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily 3. Take one tablet of sinarest 2-3 times daily after food 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take rest 6. If no relief, carry out investigations after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment.

Symptoms of cholera infection may include: Diarrhea. Cholera-related diarrhea comes on suddenly and may quickly cause dangerous fluid loss — as much as a quart (about 1 liter) an hour. Nausea and vomiting. Occurring especially in the early stages of cholera, vomiting may persist for hours at a time. Dehydration. Drink and use safe water Wash your hands often with soap and safe water Use latrines or bury your feces (poop); do not defecate in any body of water. Cook food well (especially seafood), keep it covered, eat it hot, and peel fruits and vegetables.

Dear Kumar, Be patient first of all. Forget about anything during intimate movements. Just enjoy those moments. Focus more on foreplay rather than actual act. Do deep breathing exercises. Hello do cold fomentation for 15-20 min thrice in a day. Avoid using computer, take rest for 5 min after working for 1 hour. You can use thin pillow while sleeping. In pain free range do neck exercises. Maintain proper body posture while watching tv/studying. Revert me after 7 days. Thanks.

Hi, thanks for your query to lybrate. 1- For weight Gain query-eat less oily; more veggies; exercise regularly; more of hpbd diet and less of carbs. 2- stomach problems get stool n cbc.
