Hi Lybrate user, through your concern I can feel your unconditional love for that girl. But its the time now that you should move on ,just ask from your sole that the girl who is not caring about you now whether she will be right person for you. May be presently your feeling is dominating so can't feel anythingbut after few days you will realise it. You love someone its really wonder feeling you should proud of yourself that you are loving someone but at the same time you must understand that for any relation whether between married or unmarried couple when both agrees then only that relation can continue ,when by anyway any one forcibly tries to continue as other partner is not intrested then it will become burden. You cannot force any one to love or for care ,if anyhow in any type of pressure someone comes then it will be for short time only ,it can be for long time only if someone comes by realising your love and importance. Lets come to your problem that you are still missing that her and it is affecting you very badly you will be normal in few days as time is the best healer. In the meantime you can follow my few suggestions don't be in contact with that girl or any common friend ,involve yourself in some activity, you can join any hobby class, be social as much as you can ,main concept is make your routine such that you don't get time to think on this topic as it will only make your life hell and you will gain nothing, if there will be any chance then it can be only by giving some space in your relation. 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Hi knee pain and backache have various causes for chronic pains and each should be evaluated with x rays/ MRI scans. Yes if deformed knees from long standing arthritis, then abnormal stress to spine is transmitted with secondary changes. Any way, both area causes should be treated. Commonly it's osteoarthritis or degenerative joint disease at both places, if arthritis profile blood tests don't show any other form of arthritis. Management is by anti inflammatory drugs, physiotherapy mainly unless advanced stages when corrective surgery is done. So consult an orthopedics surgeon best wishes.

Apply an ice pack to the painful area of your head. Try placing it on your forehead, temples, or the back of your neck. Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk. Ask someone to rub your neck and back, or treat yourself to a massage. Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of your head with your index finger and/or thumb. Maintain pressure for seven to 15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed. Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders. Get your blood pressure checked, cbc done and revert.

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance (500 mg) as and when required upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 5. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen, dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me, x ray chest after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment.

According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. 1. Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 2. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 3. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. 4. Note: For this remedy to work, you must avoid fast food completely. 2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height.
