Eat a heavy breakfast everyday and consume at least 5 spoons of cow ghee in the entire day along with your food, milk etc (each day and not just one time) the best remedy is sitting in" prithivi mudra" (see image in google) for about 20 minutes every day doing this method for 6 months regularly will provide you with natural weight increase (touching the upper part of the ring finger and the thumb, while keeping rest of the three fingers straight)

this is because professional hazards you headeche is due to exertion and overwork you should take break in between. and have lots of fluid or water by mouth. and have regular meal timing's. maintain your hygiene by taking regular bath at least two to three times daily.have nutritious food you can take a tab of paracetamol or calpol as and when required. things will improve.

Normally, one should not have any pain during masturbation (hand-practicing). If you are experiencing pain then there must be some problem with the technique. Second possibility is that there is less lubrication during the act. Please try to change the technique or try using some lubricant while masturbating.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching towel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg.

This question is about a behavioural issue - procrastination. Anything I have to do that will take time and thought I procrastinate. The very easy ones that does not need a thought, I do fast and quick. Basically I don't plan for anything at all and wait for the last moment to take actions. Due to this of late I have been missing on some personal and organizational deadlines which makes me think that procrastination is now baked into my character. Could you advise how can I go about getting courage to do planning and finish off the tough tasks at the earliest time possible?

Procrastination is like one of those bad habits that needs to be broken. It affects ones confidence levels thus making a person doubt his/her ability at times. Please be assured that it can be overcome with a little bit of planning. If you're supposed to finish certain tasks during a day, start with simple tasks and if a task is complex, break the tasks into smaller steps. Encourage yourself to achieve each small step instead of looking at the big task. The satisfaction that you will experience after completion of each step will push you to achieve the next step. If you follow this consistently for a few weeks, you'll notice that your tendency to procrastinate will reduce a good deal.

This is not vomiting and is called possetting and all newborn babies bing up milk and you need to burp well by placing the baby on your shoulder and tap the back well. Do not bottle feed and give only breast milk till 4 - 6 months.

I am 22 years old person studying in college. From my childhood I was not good in interacting with people. When someone come to me and asked something I couldn't reply in a good manner. So I didn't have that much friends. Anyway I understood I was not good in socially at later 16s. I started changing my self but there where any good results (some slight changes are there). I am always dreaming about past incidents as making my self good and find pleasure in it. I visualise the same in my mind repeatedly sometimes. I was good at delivering speech during my schooling and got many prizes. But at the same time very low behavioural skills. Now in my hostel everyone teasing me but I can't oppose them. If someone asked something in a tweezing way I get silent and failing to handle the situation and sometimes I hide from that persons. In my dreams I am OK but in real situations I am far behind. How to Make Sex Less Painful for a Woman

A healthy physical relationship is not only stimulating, but it also enhances your emotional bonding with your partner and reduces stress in both partners. However, statistics report that almost 30% of the women experience pain during intercourse. This not only hampers the pleasure, but is also an unhealthy sign since it is indicative of a problem.

Painful intercourse could be a regular occurrence nor a sporadic one. There could be numerous reasons that cause the discomfort and pain. Though it might be an early manifestation of grave diseases, such as endometriosis or fibroids, but more often, it is triggered due to conditions, such as vaginal dryness, yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, which can be easily treated. It is pertinent to understand that it is not the physical infirmity of the entire female anatomy that causes such pain or discomfort, but the existence of certain conditions that can be treated by a medical practitioner. 

Certain such causal factors associated with painful intercourse and the efficient ways to deal with them are discussed below:

  1. Vaginal dryness: Vaginal dryness is one of the most commonly cited causes for painful intercourse. There are various causal factors of vaginal dryness. These include, but are not limited to, consumption of certain drugs, bathing with hot water, health conditions or even lack of foreplay. Vaginal dryness due to the aforementioned causes is a short lived condition that can be treated well with the help of a medical practitioner. Usage of lubricants that is suitable for you, as advised by a medical practitioner, could go a long way in aiding the ease of sexual intercourse. The lubricants act as an effective substitute, if the body is unable to naturally secrete vaginal fluids to ease intercourse, thereby greatly reducing the pain that is experienced.
  2. Improper vaginal expansion: The female anatomy is designed in such a way that it expands normally during intercourse. Proper foreplay enables the woman to get excited, which results in the release of vaginal fluids that aids in sexual intercourse. However, in the event that the female is not excited enough prior to the act, sexual intercourse can become a painful act, since the vagina is unable to expand in the absence of vaginal fluids. In such cases, take things slow and give your body time to comfortably go with the flow.
  3. Vaginal itching caused by infection: Vaginal infections can be caused by antibiotics, prior sexual activity that has resulted in contraction of Sexually Transmitted Diseases etc. This results in an itching or burning sensation while having sex. It is essential to rest your body instead of forcing things, and to consult your doctor as soon as possible. The doctor can correctly diagnose the causal factors behind the infection, and prescribe the necessary medicines for it.

However, if your symptoms vary from the common ones mentioned above, or in case you have a different query, it is always advisable to consult the doctor.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
