You had protected inter course 5 days before your periods, chances of a pregnancy are slim. But if you have always had regular periods then it is a better to do a urine pregnancy test because condoms have a failure rate. If it is negative them it could be stress or a hormonal imbalance.

According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. 1. Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 2. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 3. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. 4. Note: For this remedy to work, you must avoid fast food completely. 2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height. To increase your height by a few inches, drink at least two to three glasses of milk daily. In addition, eating dairy foods like cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and cream can have an effect on height.Do regular exercise daily, yoga, streching your body, sound sleep, all will help. Thanks

Firstly and foremost is control of diabetes in normal range. Sexual functions & other things will improve when will when sugar is under control. Do go for one hour of brisk walking in the morning and evening and that will help you to tone yourself and reduce sugars. Relax and follow instructions.

Hi pain in abdomen is due to uterine contractions. It is called as after pain it is normal. If it is associated with fever or any other complications please visit gynaecologist for examination. If pain is persistent to also needs evaluation.

I'm Female 25 years software engineer. Frequently I'm getting pimples and my weight keeps on increasing. What to do?
Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use Sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with Mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

My father suffers from acute allergy from dust, tobacco etc. Everytime he steps out of the house and if there's dust around he starts sneezing continuously which makes his eyes watery and his nose runny. He takes more than a day to recover most of the times. He has tried allopathy, homeopathy and ayurvedic medicine but to no avail. This same thing happens to him even when he catches cold.

Limit any activities that could rupture your spleen, such as contact sports. A ruptured spleen can cause lots of blood loss and be life threatening. It's important to seek treatment for the cause of your enlarged spleen. Left untreated, an enlarged spleen can lead to serious complications. In most cases, treatment of the underlying cause of the enlarged spleen can prevent removal of the spleen. I advise you to see a doctor soon.

Suffering from constipation, Have to go 2-3 times for being fresh, even though feels there is some movement in bowl. Stool is too hard while passing. It pains also while passing stool. I have used laxative piclin and lactulose, which softens the stool but bowl doesn't empty out fully. Please suggest remedy I also don't take any fried meal, still suffering from this. I have lost 7 kg weight in last 6 months due to this problem as eating less.

Eating less aggravates constipation. Eat regular food, with salads (About 250 gms with every meal). When stool gets hard take an enema other wise you will get piles. For regular good health you need tor educe weight. Do exercise and eat less starch, sugar and fat. Eat more of salads and fruits

Menses irregularity is may be due hormonal changes and due to nutritional deficiency. First you take nutritious diet like iron, calcium contain food. And if still problem remain then get ultra sound of lower abdomen and thyroid profile.

You should try and avoid all junk foods and fried foods and sweets. Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily. Include fresh fruits, vegetables and yoghurt, milk in your daily diet. Use a regular herbal shampoo to keep your scalp clean and dandruff free. And follow a routine of cleansing and moisturising of your skin.
