Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Unfortunately there is no "permanent" way to make teeth white. However these are some of the options You can try. 1. Scaling and polishing (teeth cleaning). This will not change the color of your teeth but will remove all hard debris on your teeth and will also help if you have bad breath. 2. Bleaching. This is a temporary non invasive, cost effective way to brighten your teeth. Results will last anywhere from 3 months to 6 months. 3. Finally Veneers. This option is very expensive, invasive and time consuming. However the results are permanant. You can choose the final color of your teeth. 4. Commercial you available tooth pages will not give you any significant visual results. Hope this helps.

Strectch marks occur due to sudden stretching or sagging of the skin. Stretch marks also depends on the elasticity of a person’s skin and the skin elasticity depends on the vitamins like vitamin E, omega 3 & 6. Strech marks take a long time to fade, so patience is the key to deal with stretch marks. To lighten the appearance of stretch marks – 1.Scrub the area lightly once a day. You can use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to scrub the area. 2.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the area. 3.Apply Aloe Vera gel once a day on the area 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health and reduce appearance of the skin. 5.You can also apply creams like Elastoderm stretch mark cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. There are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

What is Masturbation?

Masturbation is the self-stimulation of the genitals to achieve sexual arousal and pleasure, usually to the point of orgasm (sexual climax). It is commonly done by touching, stroking, or massaging the penis until an orgasm is achieved

Is Masturbation Normal?

While it once was regarded as a perversion and a sign of a mental problem, Masturbation now is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity that is pleasant, fulfilling, acceptable and safe. It is a good way to experience sexual pleasure and can be done throughout life.

Masturbation is only considered a problem when it inhibits sexual activity with a partner, is done in public, or causes significant distress to the person. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively and/or interferes with daily life and activities.

In addition to feeling good, Masturbation is a good way of relieving the sexual tension that can build up over time, especially for people without partners or whose partners are not willing or available for sex.

Is Masturbation Harmful?

Masturbation has been part of the daily life for some people. Although Masturbating itself is not a bad thing to do, but the addiction gives lots of bad impact to one’s life. When someone Masturbate more than once a day or more than three times in a week or he doing that daily, then it could be classified that person is addicted to Masturbation. You will feel more satisfied with your self-service sexual needs than with your spouse. Moreover, the mental bound between you and your mate will be no longer tight and everything could fall down like the domino effect afterwards.

Side Effect of Excessive Masturbation

The main problems are of mental imbalances. Men who Masturbate too frequently will develop an addiction-like attraction for the habit. They will not be able to spend a single day without Masturbation, and will probably want to have a go at it whenever they can afford. The result is that, the person is not able to focus on work, which naturally suffers. Over Masturbation can also make a person sluggish in society, a slow learner and a person who is so wrapped up in his addiction for Masturbation that he does not show any kind of progress.

A very shocking side-effect is that people who Masturbate a lot develop such a strong affinity to the habit that they do not get the same kind of arousal through normal heterosexual intercourse. This, if anything, will affect the reproductive capability of a person.

Excessive Masturbation causes weak Erection and leads to Premature Ejaculation.

Excessive Masturbation also causes Seman Leakage and then it leads to overall weakness of a person and if the problem is not treated then it leads to Impotence.

The defining characteristic of any addiction is that it interferes with one major area in your life and that you are unable to stop despite strong efforts to do so. Some common symptoms that you may be addicted to masturbation include:

Seeking out increasingly graphic, extreme or violent pornography
Feeling ashamed of your masturbation habits
Having trouble in a relationship because of masturbation
Having trouble with sexual arousal or in-person sexual interactions because masturbation is easier or more pleasurable
Masturbating in inappropriate locations such as at work, in the car or in public
Legal trouble because of masturbation or other sexual behaviors
Difficulty with time management
Feelings of frustration, anger, sadness or depression when you can’t masturbate
Trouble spending time with your children, enjoying your hobbies in other tasks you previously enjoyed

I am a smoker. I smoke almost 30 cigarettes a day. I am planning to quit and switched to nico gum and I am able to stop smoking! Are there any side effects I ll face thro nico gum?

Side effects of nico gum include: increase heart rate, increased blood pressure, oral irritation, dental pain, hiccups, heartburn, nausea, and indigestion. The earlier you can stop this habit, the healthier it can be for you. The lower taste and sinful habit of alcohol or smoking can be stopped by replacing it with the higher taste. Simply read nice books which give you a higher meaning to life than chemicals in smoking.
