Since how long your liver are raised. Treatment depends upon whether the inflammation of liver which cause raised liver enzymes can be due to viral infection like hepatitis a, b, c or due to fat deposition in the liver, or immunological injury or drug induced or chronic alcoholism. Why have you started taking viboliv because it is given mainly in alcoholic liver disease though some evidence has favoured its usage non alcoholic steatohepatitis (nash). If you are taking alcohol, your symptoms are suggestive of acute alcoholic hepatitis which can be exacerbating alcohol induced chronic liver disease if you are chronic alcoholic. I suggest, you consult a heptologist and act accordingly.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for fastly increase in stamina, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

I have a stone in kidney, I want to take protein to increase muscle size. My weight is 70 kg. Can I use this protein, the AMT of protein is low and it's showing natural. Please advise me.

To work out approximately the amount of protein you need you can use figure it out by calculating grams required or by using the hand method. Based on a protein recommendation of 1.5 – 2 grams / kg / day (I recommend using your ideal body weight in kg) work out how much pure protein you need. (If you are American 1kg = 2.2lbs) If you are 80 kg this is 120 – 160 grams per day. (80kg x 1.5) If you are choosing meat, use the charts below to work out the amount. If eating 3 meals divide protein evenly between each one. Thats 40 grams meal. If eating 4 meals divide it into 4 etc. Eat more if you are doing strength exercise or a heavy training schedule, i. E. Up to 2.5 g /kg /day. Let’s say your protein choice is chicken, 70 grams weighed chicken (cooked) contains 20 grams pure protein, you need double: 140 grams chicken contains 40 grams protein.(American translation: 30grams is approx 1 oz)

Hello by the symptoms it seems you don't enjoy the course you are pursuing. If a person feels burden then he does not enjoy the work and feels tired and lethargic. It is better to change the course of study if possible or start enjoying the wat you are doing. In life you can't get wat you like always. Its better to understand and adjust to the situations. Once you start enjoying you will be free from burden and lethargy. Happy living!

At this age height increment is not possible.But you can increase your weight by balanced diet.Eat food more frequently with extra amount.Use whole cream milk or milk shake.Use weight gainer supplement.Include more dense vegetables and fruits.Take banana 3-4pcs/day.Take yogurt everyday.Add ghee,butter,cheese,cream,jam,jelly with food.Add extra healthy fat.Eat more protein rich foods like fish like tuna and other fish,egg,lean meat,soy milk,soy product,mushroom,almond,walnut,peanut,flax seed,sunflower seed.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Proper sleep and regular exercise for be fit and healthy.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon. Take sprouts, fruits and vegetables. Eat salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

What should I do?
Gaining weight is as difficult as loosing. With proper calorie consuption and exercise you can achive that. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut etc. 2 start eating jaggery, khajur, etc. Above all are high energy foods. 3 milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, and curd include in your diet. If you are non-vegetarian add eggs, white meat like chicken, fish in your diet. Above all are high protein foods. There are some common advice.

Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Your weight should be around 69 kgs according to your height. Most of the weight gainers available in market contains steroids .so avoid them. Use healthy food and ayurvedic health supplements.

Please note that there could be several reasons for weight loss -- Diabetes/Depression/Overactive Thyroid/Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)/Tuberculosis/Crohn’s disease/Addison’s disease/Cancer/HIV/AIDS/Parkinson’s disease.
