Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Hello, Zinc and proteins both are available in the natural food sources. Supplementation shouldn't be encouraged unless you have been prescribed by the doctor. Milk and milk products, soy and its products, chicken, beans, lentils are some good sources to name.

I have a severe case of ringworm on the skin of my lower abdomen. All over-the-counter fungal creams have failed and I have even done a 15 day anti fungal oral medication course. The infection infact has spread and has blisters and has become painful and itchy. How do I handle this now. Please suggest.

You have to consult a dermatologist again. These below steps will help you. 1. Wear loose cotton clothes 2. Sprinkle a powder as many times as you can, before using powder take a dry tissue paper & dry the area. 3. Wear ironed clothes. Even your underclothes needs to be ironed conrol your perspiration.

1) Eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) Eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) Eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) Eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. Actually last month my brother in law aged 44 expired due to metastatic cancer in pancreas & intrahepatic cancer in liver. I was surprised to see that being a fully fit man without any disease. It is sad to hear about your brother in law. Your height and weight indicate that you are fit and fine. You should not worry about disease and untimely death. Get your complete body tests/check done every three years from now on. You can only control what is in your hands. 1. Good natural simple nutrition 2. Daily exercise activities to stay fit. 3. Proper relaxation and sleep 4. Being stress free 5. Being happy and spreading happiness. If you can do all this then live a happy life. No one knows how many days we have been granted on this earth. I am physically fit from body but I feel Lot's of weakness, my stamina is vary low. What I have to do.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Hello lybrate-user, Please start eating the following you will be alright. 1. Bananas Bananas contain natural sugars like glucose, sucrose and fructose that give you a quick energy boost up. Bananas have high amount of potassium that converts sugar into energy. Whenever you feel weak, eat one or two bananas. You can also try banana shake or smoothie. 2. Milk Milk is a rich source of vitamin B that reduces weakness. It is also a good source of calcium that keeps your bones strong. Whenever you feel lethargic, drink a cup of warm milk with one teaspoon of honey in it. Alternatively, you can also add 1 teaspoon of licorice powder in warm milk. Drink it two times in a day. Note – Consult your doctor before taking licorice, on a regular basis, as it may increase blood pressure in some people. 3. Strawberries Intake in form of juice, or eat plain or combine with other fruits, strawberries provide you with huge energetic. It enhances immunity and repair tissues of the body. 4. I eat good foods to be healthy. Nd I keep myself always healthy but aftr so much I m not getting that much strength. I also can not study bcoz I feel very weak.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. When I go gym for two months I got muscles but after when I not done gym for 3 months my muscles goes down. Why? (I am not using any type of proteins)

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

I do lifting at the gym. I have a high protien diet mostly 15 eggs n whey protien. But I eat enough amount of salad, fruits and approx. 4 ltrs. Of water a day. My question is if too many eggs a day is bad even if I drink enough water n veggies? and I even want to know abt the vegan diet. If I can take same about of protien though the vegan diet? will it help me muscle building? and if vegan diet doesn't have dairy products how will you take calcium which comes from milk. Its not all about proteins. Proteins are not stored so if your proteins are exceeding your requirements your body will just have to throw it out and that may pressure your kidneys. There are many sources of calcium, not only milk. Even a vegetarian can get enough proteins if diet is planned well. Please get your diet assessed by a professional and plan it well.
