Dear lybrateuser, -It is possible that the raisin water can have a beneficial effect on the liver & kidney as the sugar content is reduced in the water, the duration can vary with individuals, have the water slowly & over a few hours & not at one go.

Your problem can be due to anaemia or hormonal imbalance due to stress. I will advice you below given homoeopathic medicinesfor 5-6 months nd surely you will be normal pulsatilla nig 30 (dr reckeweg) drink 5 drops in 1spoon fresh water daily night mensoaid syrup (bakson) drink 2 sspoons in evening. Ferrum sip (sbl) drink 1 spoon twice daily things to do 1. Daily intake of atleat 2 fruit from apple, banaba, pomegranate, papaya, grapes, 2.2 glass milk daily 3. Lots of water daily.

Mr. lybrate-user, WHen on treatment for hypothyroidism, for getting complete relief from all he symptoms TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L. Therefore, q value of 9.6 m U /L is very high. There is need to increase the dose of thyroxine. Thanks.

It may because of you wrong sitting posture. Put pillow at the back side. And some back stretching and strengthening exercises under physiotherapist doctor's supervision.

you are suffering from allergic rhinitis. There is no specific treatment for allergy, either you avoid the allergen or boost your immunity to fight against allergens. Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Hello, there are few yoga poses which helps in calming your mind and relieves stress, but first learn these under a qualified yoga-teacher as many poses are prohibited in certain diseases or medical conditions! exercises: practice shavasana or corpse pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Anuloma involves inhaling through both nostrils together and exhaling each breath alternately between the left and right nostrils. The thumb of the right hand is used to manipulate the right nostril, while the pinky and ring finger are used to control the left nostril. There are many other poses of yoga like balasan, setu bandha sarvangasan, uttanasan, garudasan, savasana, triconasana, viprita karani, marjaryasana, dhyana, bhujangasana, anulom-vilum, pranayam, etc.

It is not part of ageing, it might very well be a part of depression. If this is a recent change of a few months, it makes depression even more likely. Hi, Get your check up done. No need to cry, everything is treatable. Increased weight and obesity can lead to low testosterone levels.[Changing your dietary patterns can make a big difference not only to your testosterone levels but to your risk for heart disease and diabetes. Start changing your diet by cutting out processed, packaged, and prepared foods. Eating “whole” foods means cutting out excess sugars, fats, preservatives, etc. Try to incorporate: More fruits and vegetables More fish and skinless poultry while limiting red meat More complex carbohydrates, including whole grains, lentils, beans, and vegetables More nuts and seeds Omega-3 fats are healthy fats found in a variety of foods. These include those found in eggs, algae, fish and mussels, but also plant oils like flaxseed, hemp and walnut oil. Healthy fats actually help to build a healthier body. Lots of water is essential to any healthy diet. In addition to hydrating you, water can also stop you from feeling hungry. Start a strength-training routine. If you have never lifted weights, used resistance bands or used weight machines, hire a personal trainer or physical therapist to teach you the proper form and procedure. If you are very weak, start with resistance bands. This gentle form of strength-training allows you to use a rubber strap to train weak muscles before lifting actual weights. Do this 2 to 3 times per week for the first 3 to 4 weeks. If you have a joint or back problem, you may want to graduate to stronger bands and stick to this form of strength training. You can increase your testosterone levels by up to 20 percent by lifting weights 3 times per week for 11 weeks. Strength training in the evenings can increase testosterone levels in the evening. Dear........ Now seasons of viral infections- cough and cold,fever. pl. Go for Tests..mp,cbc.urine r/m,ns1,blood c/s. X-ray chest. Never take asprin medicines. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , You can also take tab. Tamiflu from govt. Hospitals. Or take tab. Paracetamol 650 mg twice a day after meal.
