Hello. Gently move the razor on these areas. Medication: start immediately with homoeopathic medication - sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and 10 drops of arnica montana q in 1/2 cup of water and apply on the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor. Repeat the above process every 3rd day for few months. Also take a multivitamin follihair/ 1 tablet daily for 3 months.

Hello,take homoeopathic medicines 1.Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 15 days. 2.Silicea 6X (3 tabs) thrice a day for 15 days and update with the feedback. Use Arnica hair oil and Arnica shampoo. Keep a gap of 15-20 minutes in both the medicines.

You have to do some modification in your diet & excercise. I am talking about healthy diet not dieting. You can lose your weight upto 5 kg by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. You have to avoid such type of unhealthy food like fried, oily foods, fast & junk food, tea, coffee, sugary products & sugary drinks. You should take a healthy breakfast. If you want to lose your weight please don't skip it because it will help you to boost your metabolism, includes salad with lunch & dinner. Use 6 small meal pattern instead of 3 major meal.

Dear , follow these important tips to get even skin tone : * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & near the mouth area leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. *• Apply one teaspoon of honey for 20 minutes and wash it off . • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply it on face for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water .

Hello lybrate-user, as you have mentioned that you are having dry skin. Please inform is there any specific season when you feel your skin is more dry. Dry skin can be an early sign of pre psoriasis and should be managed properly. To start with coconut oil is best remedy for dry skin to be applied after taking bath.

U take low calorie low sodium high protein diet. 45 min walk daily speedly. Don't take rice at night. Drink 10-12 glass of water. Don't drink immediately after meal. 4 -5 in a day on frequent interval.

Hello, Avoid table use of salt. Have high fiber diet. Include fruits like melons, pomegranate, berries in your diet. Walk atleast for an hour everyday. Avoid ready to eat, processed products completely. Avoid sweets, pastries, sugar based candies.

Bananas are best for heart yes they are a rich source of potassium and you can eat ad many as you like. There will be no extra potassium which will harm the heart. Yes potassium taken as medicine does cause harmful side effects. Don't bother about extra calories also because it is giving you other essential vitamins and minerals too. Cut down other calories which are either empty calories like excess sugar or just basic calories like chapattis.

Person with hypothyroidism should have a very healthy diet. Certain foods need to be avoided like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mustard, soya beans and all soya based products, coffee. Use whole grain flour, a lot of green vegetables and fruits (avoiding those mentioned), use iodinated salt. Also exercise regularly to avoid adding weight.

Sir my mother age is around 35_40. Sir the problem is my mother gets knee pain and joint pains from last three years and gets very serious from last six months. Now she is not used to walk properly. Basically we are agricultural family. The thing is she is used to work very hard after her marriage and lift some heavy weight so I thought due to that only she gets joint pains. We are consulted so many doctors and she is used to prescribe tablets from last three years and also we are consulted Ayurveda. Now my mother is using Ayurveda tablets. Your mother most probably is suffering from arthritis (OA/ RA) and its joint symptoms include swelling, pain, stiffness and decreased range of motion. Symptoms may come and go. They can be mild, moderate or severe. They may stay about the same for years, but may progress or get worse over time. Severe arthritis can result in chronic pain, inability to do daily activities and make it difficult to walk or climb stairs. Arthritis can cause permanent joint changes. These changes may be visible, such as knobby finger joints, but often the damage can only be seen on X-ray. - its good that your mother is taking aryurvedic medication as there is no side efects in long term use. Keep taking those medicines. - in arthritis, knee muscles also has weakness. Ask her to do thses exercises- 1 knee isometrics- with her kbee straight and back supported, place towel roll and continously press it for 30 sec and than releive. Repeat this for 10 times. Exer ise should be done 3 times per day. 2 active slr- ask her to raise her knee staraight upwards towards ceiling (15 degree of knee raised only) with ankle toes facing to face - for better understanding of these exercises you can watch on utube (just type name of thses exercises) - also check for uric acid, vit d, RA + ve level by lab test. - take appointment from physiotherapist for better understanding of exercises and condition as to releive swelling, application of ultrasound machine is necessary and also exercises change when muscle strength builds up.
