This necessirily can not be weakness. It could be lack of knowledge of art of sex like advancement techniques, foreplay and to judge timing for penetrating. If everything is ok then premature ejaculation can be corrected by stambhan herbs and if there is any erection strength problem, that can also be corrected. Some people make the penis thickness more by using tila (herbal oil for penis) and enjoy sustainable sex. You may judge yourself and revert for counseling.

What are the symptoms of dengue fever? How many days it last? How it cured and suggest some precautions please.

MBBS, cc USG
General Physician, Noida
What are the symptoms of dengue fever?
How many days it last?
How it cured and suggest some precautions please.
Dengue Fever is Caused due to the bite of an infected female aedes aegypti mosquito, the disease can be fatal if Dengue Hemorrhagic fever or dengue shock syndrome developed Once bitten it takes about 3-10 days for the symptoms to appear. The most common symptoms are – 1.High fever 2.Severe Headache 3.Pain behind the eyes 4.Nausea and vomiting 5.Swollen lymph node 6.Muscle and Joint Pain 7.Exhaustion 8.Skin rash Following tips for Prevention of Dengue fever : 1. Turn over empty pails and buckets, so that they do not collect excess water. If the container that contains water cannot be emptied, remember to cover it well when not in use. 2: Remember to clean out empty flower pots and not to over water potted plants. It is advised to not have any stagnant water around as it acts as breeding ground for the mosquitoes. 3: Apply mosquito repellents on all exposed areas, during the day as well as at night on a regular basis to prevent dengue. 4: Make sure your window and door screens do not have any holes. If so, block those areas properly to eliminate mosquitoes. 5: If someone at home is ill with dengue, try to not let the mosquitoes bite them or others in the house. 6: sleep under a mosquito net (especially small children as they sleep during the day and hence, the chance of mosquito bite is high during this time). 7: If you use a cooler remember to empty out and clean the water tray regularly, even when not in use. 8: Always cover your dustbin when not in use. 9: A natural method to keep mosquitoes at bay is to plant Tulsi near your window. The plant has properties that do not allow mosquitoes to breed. 10: Using camphor as a repellent also works wonders. Light camphor in a room and close all the doors and windows. Leave it this way for about fifteen to twenty minutes to have a mosquito free environment

I am 25 year old lady and suffering from Piles pain and taking medicines of homeopathic but no relief. What should I do kindly suggest.

MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
In the majority of cases, piles resolve on their own without the need for any treatment. Treatments can help significantly reduce the discomfort and itching that many patients experience Diet - piles can be caused by too much straining when doing bowel movements, which is the result of constipation. A change in diet can help keep the stools regular and soft. This involves eating more fiber, such as fruit and vegetables, or switching your cereal breakfast to bran. Water is the best drink, and the patient may be advised to increase his/her water consumption. Some experts say too much caffeine is not good. Body weight - if the patient is obese, losing weight may help reduce the incidence and severity of hemorrhoids. Simple things you can do yourself to help prevent piles: Try not to strain when you go to the toilet Avoid laxatives Exercis take tab pilex 1tab tds, anovate cream locally inside anus, siltz bath [hot water in a tub, add kmno4 in it, sit 1/2 an hr in tub, it will help.Avoid spicy ,Drink 3- 4 Litre of Water Daily. welcome for further help. or go for surgery

The very fact that you have diabetes means that insulin resistance has been present for a long time even prior to the diagnosis of diabetes in you. I personally feel that a few oral medicines can be tried out in you rather than taking huge doses of insulin. Also, do ensure that your insulin administration technique is correct. A lot depends on that. And lastly as you have mentioned of an exercise bereft lifestyle, even a small effort in starting exercise will go a long way in overcoming the insulin resistance. Wish you good health.

Just forget what happened in the pat or what lies in your future. Dont confuse yourself in the controversy that if heart disease is reversible or not. Presently just focus on that this thing dont happen again in life and for that I will recommend you a homoeopathic medicine which you must take life long. I can assure you that with proper routine of exercise, diet nd medicine you will never suffer any heart attack in future. Diacard (madauus lab german) 10 drops in 20 ml fresh water twice daily.

I want to know about kawasaki disease.

DNB (ENT), MBBS
Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) Specialist,
Hi . Kawasaki disease is a rare childhood condition that affects the blood vessels. The disease typically harms the coronary arteries, which carry blood to the heart muscle. Most children who are treated recover from the disease without long-term problems. Monitoring of the heart for upto 6 months is warranted. The disease is most common in children ages 1 to 2 years and is less common in children older than age 8. It does not spread from child to child (is not contagious).
