Tips for new beginners - Warm up thoroughly and then gradually increase your run pace. Drink water, stay well hydrated. Increase your fitness level. Practice deep belly breathing. Do meditation and yoga to have a better control on your breathing. Strengthen core muscles. Eat at least three hours before a run. Run on soft surfaces to reduce the force of impact. I've a white scar on my left leg near the ankle and nowhere on body. How can it be removed?

Vaidya Visharad
Sexologist, Narnaul
Dear Scar are the fibrous tissue form on the skin in order to repair broken tissue. When there is an injury the skin produces more cells in order to grow the punctured skin that is known as scar. Scars always occur when the outer layer of the skin, the epidermis is cut and the injury extends to the dermis. The resulting scar does not have good blood circulation, is sometimes uneven and is less elastic. In addition, major variations in color are possible. Visit us at www.Malhotraayurveda.Com

Don't need to use knee cap. Apply ice in circular motion on your affected site untill you feel irritation or redness on the affected site while applying ice. Stop the procedure nd again repeat the same after 3 hours. Note: relate this every 3 hours or 4 times a day for 3 to 5 days.
