. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I'm emotionally stressed all the time. I have low self esteem. My mood is always off. I have very low confirm level. I used to be topper in my class since my childhood but now I think that I have become dull. I fail to fully concentrate. I think that I would not be able to do the things. I'm very sensitive. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again. Contact your family doctor or nearest hospital for emergency help.

Widal test is having so many drawbacks. I a person with typhoid fever it becomes positive only after 1 wk of duration. Hence it is misleading for you with fever 4 days with widal positive You should have a proper check for fever ,then we can fairly conclude what it is You having any cold ,cough, theoat pain Any pain stomach ,vomitings or loose motions Any joint pians or rash Any burning while passing urine Treatment is based mainly on symptoms and then we can plan what tests to be done.

This may be due to acute infection in vagina. Keep clean and dry vaginal portion. Apply some antifungal ointment on vaginal portion if you have itching.

I'm 22 years old. Recently I had shortness of breath and went to doctor. They did ECG and chest xray examined my oral cavity, did CBP and ANA tests and everything was normal. I'm being very anxious of everything. My front neck is having pain when touched and I'm getting anxious it might be cancer or anything inspire of all tests done recently. I'm having fear of death. I'm being afraid of traffic future and everything. I'm having severe acne and that's increasing my depression. I'm taking treatment from a dermatologist now. But my fear of death is not going. How can I become normal without medications. I have no trouble with sleeping. Please suggest me.

Your level of fear is extreme. You may check your prenatal history to examine for any contributing factors. Then meet with a counselor and work out this fear. You need to be in charge od your fear but in your case, it seems that fear is dominating you and is taking a heavy toll on your wellbeing. Some effective emotional therapy will do great justice to your health. These could be hysterical reactions to this undealt fear. You must immediately seek help from a counselor. Your fear is creating an obsession and that will gradually lead to anxiety and compulsive behaviors. Before it gets out of control and difficult to deal with seek help earlier, especially about this fear. If the fear is of recent origin, you could perhaps identify it and deal with it. But if it is from a long past, then much work has to be done to sort that out. Sometimes this kind of nervousness could be genetic too. In the meantime, you must do certain things to build your constitution physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Mental stability can be achieved by learning a few skills in handling emotions in an appropriate manner. Stress management skills, which have a lot to do with expressing emotions, will need to be a major part of your recovery program. Emotionally you need the help of a counselor and that will help you tremendously to move from anxiety to normal fear. Please persevere and cooperate through all the support you need and you will come through successfully. Develop your body’s health by physical fitness through exercise, good rest (sleep), and a proper diet. Anyway, what you need to focus on is to do vigorous exercise of the aerobic kind for the heart’s fitness; meditation for the brain’s fitness; sleep for a well rested mind and body; a sound spiritual well-being for good confidence and stability; and a diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Vigorous exercise, especially of the callisthenic kind, will make your heart, which is a muscle, grow larger; and then your heart will need to beat less often and you will respond to the anxiety with a calmer disposition. If your mind, constitution, and your emotions are in check and fit, you will never be disturbed again.

For night falls : Night falls are a natural phenomena. But when we start having night falls more than 4-5 times a month, then there is a problem. We start feeling weakness, tiredness, etc.. Do not take milk after 3 pm. Try to avoid non-veg, spicy, fried & chilly food. Do not watch pornography materials. Take good healthy diet, do exercise & yoga daily. Take tab. Confido & chandan adi bhati each morning & evening with water. Keep stumic clean & avoid constipation.

Typhoid is due to bacterial contamination of food, water, milk by s. Typhi symptoms of typhoid 1. Continuous high fever of long duration 2. Headache, body ache, lethargy 3. Loss of appetite, pain abdomen 4. Diarrhoea or constipation 5. Intestinal bleeding and perforation (in severe cases) treatment 1. Consult doctor with blood report like widal/typhidot test. 2. If it is typhoid, you have to take a course of antibiotic for 10-14 days 2. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily and fatty food. 3. Drink plenty of water, fresh fruit (avoid citrus fruits) juice, coconut water 4. Take rest prevention typhoid is due to fecal contamination of food, milk and water. It can be prevented by 1. Avoiding contaminated food and water/milk from out side sources like junk food etc 2 use purified drinking water and have warm home made food, 3. Avoid fly contamination of food, maintain food hygiene 4, properlyl wash your hands before taking food 5. Wash vegetable, fruit before consuming.
