1. Start exercising. If you are a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. Youll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, youll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your skin every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your skin and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result on pores and dark spot.

Hair fall in males is uaually genetic. Start taking biotin supplements for atleast 3 months. Apply topical Minoxidil 5% lotion or spray at night.

Dear lybrate-user hoping that with the antibiotics course you took b-complex also. If not please have b complex once daily for 7 days and apply any gel for mouth ulcer which will be available over the counter with your chemist.

A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk.

Bathua Benefits In Hindi - बथुआ के फायदे और नुकसान

शुरुवात में बथुआ गेंहू के खेतों में गेंहू के साथ उग आता था. लेकिन अब इसके फायदों को देखते हुए बकायदा इसकी खेती की जाती है. बथुआ को हम स्वादिष्ट साग के रूप में खाते हैं. हम इसे साग बना कर उपयोग करते हैं, इसका रायता बना कर खाते हैं या फिर इस के पराठे बना कर खाते हैं. हलांकि हममें से ज्यादातर लोग अक्सर इसके स्वास्थ्य लाभ जाने बिना ही खा लेते हैं. बथुए के साग में मसाला डाले बिना और नमक की बजाये सेंधा नमक डाल कर बनाया जाए तो यह स्वास्थ्य की दृष्टि से निरोग रहने में हमारी और भी मदद करता है. बथुआ एशिया महाद्वीप के साथ-साथ ऑस्ट्रेलिया, यूरोप और अमेरिका में भी पाया जाता है. इसमें विटामिन ए, आयरन, कैल्शियम, फास्फोरस और पोटैशियम, कार्बोहाइड्रेट, फाइबर, विटामिन सी भरपूर मात्रा में पाएं जाते हैं. आइए बथुआ के फायदे और नुकसान पर एक नजर डालते हैं.

1. चर्म रोग के लिए
बथुआ को उबाल कर इसके रस का सेवन या इसकी सब्जी बना सेवन करने से चर्म रोग, सफ़ेद दाग, खुजली, फोड़े-फुंसी, कुष्ट रोग आदि में फायदा होता है. बथुआ के उबले पानी से त्वचा को धोने पर चर्म रोग दूर होता है. बथुआ के पत्तों को पीस कर 2 कप रस में तिल का तेल मिलाकर इसे कम आंच पर गर्म करें. पानी के पूरी तरह ख़त्म हो जाने पर इसे नियमित रूप से चमड़ी पर लगायें तो राहत मिलेगी.
2. प्रसव संक्रमण में
महिलाएं प्रसव संक्रमण से बचने के लिए 10 ग्राम बथुआ साग, अजवाइन, मेथी और गुड़ ले कर मिलाकर इसका 10 से 15 दिन तक लगातार सेवन करें. इससे प्रसव के संक्रमण की समस्या में लाभ मिलेगा. बथुआ के बीज और सोंठ को मिलाकर पाउडर बनाएं. फिर 400 मिलीलीटर पानी मे 15-20 ग्राम पाउडर मिला कर अब पानी को उबाल कर 100 ग्राम कर लीजिए. अब इसे छान लीजिए और दिन मे कम से कम 2 बार सेवन करने से पीरियड्स भी नियमित होते हैं.
3. बालों के लिए
बालों के लिए अक्सर आंवला को बेस्ट माना जाता है लेकिन बथुआ में विटामिन और खनिज तत्व की मात्रा आंवला से ज़्यादा होती है. इसमें आयरन, फास्फोरस और विटामिन ए और डी की प्रचुर मात्रा पाई जाती है.
4. मुंह के अल्सर के लिए
मुंह के अल्सर के उपचार के लिए बथुआ के पत्तों को कच्चा चबायें. इससे मुंह का अल्सर, मुंह की बदबू, पायरिया और दांतों से सम्बन्धित अन्य समस्याओं मे बड़ा फायदा होता है.
5. गुर्दे की पथरी की समस्या में
इसके सेवन से गुर्दे की पथरी की समस्या में काफी फायदा होता है. बथुआ के उपयोग से अमाशय को मजबूती मिलती है. पथरी की समस्या में बथुआ के रस में शक्कर को मिश्रित कर के सेवन करने से पथरी धीरे-धीरे टूट बाहर निकल जाती है.
6. कब्ज की समस्या में
बथुआ में पाया जाने वाला फाइबर कब्ज से राहत देता है. साथ साथ गैस आदि समस्याओं में भी फायदेमंद है. भूख मे कमी आना, भोजन देर से पचना, खट्टी डकार आना, पेट फूलना जैसी समस्याओं को दूर करने के लिए लगातार कुछ हफ़्तों तक बथुआ का सेवन काफ़ी फायदेमंद होता है.
7. बच्चों के लिए
बच्चों के पेट में होने वाले कीड़े के लिए ये एक बेहतर खाद्य विकल्प है. उन्हें कुछ दिनों तक लगातार बथुआ के साग का सेवन करवाने से उनके पेट के कीड़े मर जाते हैं और उनको बहुत आराम मिलता है.
8. आँखों के लिए
बथुआ में मौजूद तमाम गुणों में से एक ये भी है कि इसके नियमित सेवन से आँखों की कई समस्याओं में मदद मिलती है. इससे आँखों की रौशनी भी लम्बे समय तक रहती है.
9. पीलिया की समस्या में
पीलिया में इसके लाभ के लिए बथुआ और गिलोय के रस को एक सीमित मात्रा में दोनों को मिलाएं, फिर इस मिश्रण का 25-30 ग्राम रोज़ दिन मे 2 बार सेवन करें. इस के सेवन से पीलिया की समस्या से दूर होगी.
10. मूत्र संक्रमण में
मूत्र संक्रमण के उपचार के लिए रोज़ 10 ग्राम बथुआ के पत्तों का रस ले कर उसमें 50 मिलीलीटर पानी मिलाएं. इस मिश्रण को मिश्री के साथ हर रोज सेवन करें. इस के उपयोग से आप को मूत्र संक्रमण की समस्या में लाभ मिलेगा.
11. एनीमिया के उपचार में
बथुआ आयरन का बहुत अच्छा स्रोत है इसलिए इस के नियमित रूप से सेवन करने से रक्त की कमी दूर होती है. साथ ही बथुआ को 5 से 6 नीम की पत्तियों के सेवन करने से रक्त शुद्ध और साफ हो जाता है.

बथुआ के नुकसान

  • इस के आधिक सेवन से कई तरह की समस्याएं हो सकती है.
  • गर्भवती महिलाओं को बथुआ का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए. इस का सेवन करने से गर्भपात होने की संभावना ज़्यादा रहती है.
