If your child is allergic to some food item or dust you need to take care and avoid these which might be reason for her cold and cough. You can start her with sitophaladi churna, mix a pinch of powder in one teaspoonfull of honey and give daily at bed time.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash.

Hello. You can come over it very easily due to your determination. Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day. To count your steps buy a pedometer from market it’s a cheap gadget. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime as you are very young. You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course foods of the day. Try having your dinner before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you to lose your weight. Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. M. And sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of weight gain. Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. When you put 10 to 12 chemicals in these oils then they become refined oil and bring almost 68 diseases along with weight gain. Don’t follow what this television advertisement says about refined oil. It is all marketing. EAT PURE OILS. In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly. This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your weight issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal). The alkaline or saliva (laar) of your mouth should mix with the acid of your stomach. This is only possible if you are drinking water sip by sip, slowly, along with rinsing (kulla). This will not just help you in losing weight but will keep you away from 48 diseases of stomach which comes from the acids produced in stomach. Another advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Thanks.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables in your diet. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals.

I have fear to talk and thinking of what to talk if increase of attention of people towards makes me fear and fear about dogs, heights and i am not able to manage by self that is more important I want to talk boldly and confidently and my memory capacity and knowledge level is very low have to improve with that. Relax lybrate-user. You may be suffering from a kind of anxiety disorder. The things and situations that you mentioned making you fear are not uncommon. I. E. Most of us have the fear of them, but it varies only in degree. Your fear is excessive and irrational. Your idea of gene transplantation is rubbish. It is not practicable. Even it could be done, it will cost you crores of money. If you have a strong will, proper guidance and persistent practice you can surely overcome your problem. My initial suggestions are; 1. Learn and practice sectional breathing, kapalabhati and nadisuddi techniques from a good yoga teacher, it can help reduce your anxiety to a great extent at physical level and mental level. 2. You can train yourself by gradually approaching or facing the fearful situations. Let me give you an example from my own experience. When I was asked to deliver a speech on stress management in a women's college, I felt very nervous like you though I had prepared well. I went to the venue of the college, with permission, before 2 days, and sat on the stage for 30 minutes imagining 500 girls sitting in front of me. And the next day, I went to the same place and talked to a few girls and teachers who were going to be present the next day. Then I felt comfortable on the day of lecture because the place and some of the people were known to me. Like wise you can overcome any fear by facing it step by step. Some kind of menstrual irregularity, often accompanied by pain in lower abdomen is one of the most common presenting complaints about a gynecologist.

An irregular period is generally a symptom of some hormonal imbalance (estrogen and progesterone) in the body and is commonly encountered in young girls at the time of menarche ( a time when a girl starts to have the menstrual cycle) and around menopause. Menstrual irregularity can also be seen immediately after childbirth or after removal of intrauterine contraceptive device (iucd). Other common causes include thyroid gland dysfunctions, the presence of fibroids or polyps inside the uterus and excessive stress, including examination stress.

It is important to know a few more important details in order to evaluate and understand the same and make any recommendations. These include-

  • Duration of menstrual irregularity
  • Kind of irregularity- the interval between two cycles, amount of blood flow and no of days of flow.
  • Any associated pain in lower abdomen.
  • Associated weight gain, a growth of excessive facial hair or discharge from nipples.



Early assessment of menstrual disorders also requires an ultrasound scan of the lower abdomen to assess the condition of uterus and ovaries, specifically to rule out polycystic ovaries, and estimation of following hormone levels in the body - tsh, fsh, lh, prolactin and testosterone. These blood tests should be done on the second or third day of the periods.

The women experiencing menstrual irregularities should try and manage their weight so as to maintain a bmi of less than 25 kg/m2.

A healthy lifestyle including intake of a balanced diet, moderate exercise and avoiding any stress are very useful simple steps every woman can take on their own. In cases with severe irregularity, the woman may be required to get rid of the iucd, start a birth control pill to regulate the sex hormone levels during cycle and treatment for thyroid dysfunctions, if required.

You are very young and must be leading an active life. If you exercise regularly and keep a check on your diet, there is no reason why you should not lose weight. Avoid rice, potatoes, sweets and fried food. Take brisk morning walk. If you find these measures helpful, revert for diet plan and blood tests if needed.

Do not worry. Papaya dosent harm pregnancy in any way. It is believed that raw papaya contains a chemical which is considered abortifacient but its not proven as such. Ripened papaya is completely safe.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Normally if no further hairline fractures it stays since you have not given details as to when it happened or the x-ray it's difficult to predict but if initially ok for about a wk it can b there as normal.

A healthy and strong immune system prevents us getting any diseases even a simple cough and cold. So, to build up a strong immunity, you need to alter few changes in your daily routine. If you don't have any underlying medical condition, you can follow the below points for healthy living. The diet plays an important role in making our immune system stronger: 1.Get enough protein. You can get protein from meat, dairy, eggs and vegetables. 2.Avoid saturated fats, but eat plenty of unsaturated fats. Hi pain in heel could be because of bony spurs in the heel. Get x-ray done. And wear heel cushions in the shoes, take ultrasound therapy and contrast bath in physiotherapy. It helps along with foot ankle ex's.
