Hello , twice daily brushing and flossing is absolutely essential for proper oral care. Besides brushing and flossing you should rinse your mouth with plain water after eating and drinking. It helps in removal of all food debris which is the main cause of tooth decay & gum problems. Plus you can use mouth rinses for additional benefit which helps in reducing bacterial count in your mouth. And finally visit your dentist on regular basis (i. E. Once in 6 months) for prevention and early treatment of the underlying problems.

Poly lemon juice on your face at night forgone hour. After that wash your face with Luke warm water. Do it for one week. After that take treatment of scars.

Hi one of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. N.

It would be ideal for you to replace your white polished rice with brown rice that is low in carbohydrates. • Brown rice is rich in fiber content and low in carbohydrates. • It will make you feel fuller for longer time and hence you will eat less all through the day. • It will also help in regulating body metabolism, bowel movement and is loaded with Vitamin B and E and magnesium.

I am hypothyroid and presently using thyronorm 100 mcg. My tsh levels are fluctuating and having high cholesterol. I tried lifestyle modifications but still not able to control and using rosuvastatin 10 mg. Please suggest natural ways to loose cholesterol.

Dear in hypothyroid people, it is difficult to control the cholesterol levels by diet alone. They have to take the medicines. You can increase the does of rosuvastatin to 20 mg a day

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance sos up to three tablets daily after food 2. Do warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 3-4 times daily 3. Put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily 4. Take viscodyne d syrup 2tsf thrice daily if it is a dry cough or viscodyne syrup if cough is associated with sputum 4. You may have to take antibiotic along with it if no relief.

Its not just zuma, if you do any form of exercise and you are sweating and burning your fat then you will lose weight proportionately. Best exercise to lose belly fat is aerobics, sit ups, stretching & yogasana, cycling and jogging. No supplements and medicines are short cuts to be slim but in actual they harm your bodies, I have seen many of my female patients after taking such medicines, were having problem to conceive a baby. Take natural medicine called triphla chooran (patanjali), eat 5 grams triphla chooran in morning empty stomach with luke warm water for 4 months to lose 6 to 10 kgs. Also start doing surya namaskar for amazing results and many other health benefits.

You have to understand that pimples & pimples marks are basically infections in your skin pores (glands) in which sweat is forming. If you want complete cure of pimples you have to be infection free, as skin have very little blood supply, so take time to remove infections. A follicle develops in each lady every month in the ovary. It ruptures in the middle of the cycle and releases egg. If by any reason it fails to rupture it becomes cyst. It might rupture on its own in the next cycle. If not some medicines are required. Lead a healthy active life,

At this age you should avoid spacy, fast, junck, too oily, over eating. Take simple veg home made food only with green vegitabales, salad will help to stop pimles. Do arobic excersices, yoga. Wash face with aloe vera face wash dry than apply aloe vera cream.

Follow this best Diet plan for fastly reducing your weight naturally within 4 weeks. Before you start with this diet there are a few Things you should keep in mind to achieve best Results: * Stay away from Chocolates, cold drinks and any Other fatty but delicious food items for these 7 Days. * Do not do any weight training at Gym. This is Because once you gain muscles it will add to our Body weight. If you want you can only do 30 mins Brisk walking daily. * Try to drink as much water as you can during The day. Atleast 2-3 litres of water is Recommended every day. The 7 Day Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Day 1 – Day one of your diet is to detox your Body and to drain out all kinds of toxins from it. So on day 1 you can have all kinds of “Fruits” like Oranges, apples, guava, watermelon, cherries, Etc… There is no restriction on the quantity of Fruits you can have as much as you want, However fruits like Mango & Banana should be Avoided at this stage. Also ensure that you do not Take fruit juices but should stick to fruits only. Day 2 – Have a boiled mashed potato in the Morning. Mix it with some onions, butter and very Little spices for taste and use SENDHA SALT only. For lunch and dinner you can have raw vegetables Or boil them and eat. No fruits should be taken this day. Day 3 – Day 3 will be combination of FRUITS And RAW/BOILED VEGETABLES. You can eat as Much until you feel satisfied. However this day You should not take boiled potatoes, banana and Mangoes. Day 4 – This is a day for Banana lovers. On day 4 you should only consume Bananas and Milk. You can consume upto 6-8 bananas with around 2-3 litres of milk throughout the day. Day 5 – This day belongs to Panner lovers. DO NOT make Paneer Bhurji or Paneer Ki Sabzi. Instead have it in the raw form or you can simply Roast paneer and put some Sendha Salt over it for Taste. Apart from Paneer you can also have Soya Been and Sprouts. Day 6 – This day you can take as many soups As you want and combine them with Paneer & Vegetables, as you consumed on day 5. You can Also consume a Panner Stuffed parantha with Very little oil in it. > Day 7 – This day you can consume combination Of Rice and vegetables. It is best if you consume Brown rice but if you do not like the taste then White boiled rice will also do the trick.. I can assure you that even if you follow 75% of the above diet restrictions for 7 days then You are guaranteed to lose atleast 3-5 Kgs.

It could also be caused by eczema, psoriasis, or, very commonly, an overgrowth of a yeast like fungus called malassezia. Drugstore remedies might include shampoos with zinc pyrithione, which targets fungus and bacteria; ketoconazole, which also fights fungus; coal tar and selenium sulphide, which slow the growth and die-off of skin cells on your scalp; and salicylic acid. 1) Aspirin contains the same active ingredient (salicylic acid) as many medicated dandruff shampoos. Keep flaking in check by crushing two aspirins to a fine powder and adding it to the normal amount of shampoo you use each time you wash your hair. Leave the mixture on your hair for 1-2 minutes, then rinse well and wash again with plain shampoo. 2) Wet your hair and then rub a handful of baking soda vigorously into your scalp. Skip the shampoo and go right to rinsing. Baking soda reduces overactive fungi that can cause dandruff. Your hair may get dried out at first, but after a few weeks your scalp will start producing natural oils, leaving your hair softer and free of flakes so they can be washed away. For natural treatments .Before showering, massage 3-5 tablespoons of coconut oil into your scalp and let sit for about an hour. Do not use Shampoo. These best option is to use pure coconut oil

Take brahmi bati with gold of baidyanath pharma. Dose 1 tab with honey morning and evening 30 min after meal take this for 1 month and stop after that, also take jatamansi churan 1/2 tsf at bed time with milk your problem will cured with in 1 month.
