Hello, Apply Homoeopathic medicine – Thiosinaminum Q few drops mixed in a glycerin solution on scars that are visible (as it is less greasy, so is more easily absorbed into the skin). Also take Causticum 200 orally twice daily for 4weeks.

Doctor I have become very fat in the recent years. My weight is already 80 kg and I am only 18 years old plzz help.
First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs.

Wash your hair and skin on a regular basis, and don't forget to remove makeup before going to bed. But you should avoid excessive washing. Stripping your skin of oils only increases oil production, which increases your risk of developing whiteheads. Use a mild cleanser to wash your face twice a day using warm water.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To build your muscles & body you have to consume a well balanced diet & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products like cheese, butter milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, posts, cashews, peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals to boost your protein content - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, push ups, pull ups, crunches, squats, do moderate weight lifting for 10 - 15 min twice a week.

Symptoms of dengue fever sudden, high fever. Severe headaches. Pain behind the eyes. Severe joint and muscle pain. Fatigue. Nausea. Vomiting. Skin rash, which appears two to five days after the onset of fever. Precaution is to avoid mosquito bites. Dengue fever is a disease caused by a family of viruses that are transmitted by mosquitoes. Symptoms include severe joint and muscle pain, swollen lymph nodes, headache, fever, exhaustion, and rash. The presence of fever, rash, and headache (the" dengue triad") is characteristic of dengue fever.

You have become very insecure for some reason. Decision making will be hard to come by for a person with low self-confidence. This social anxiety may have some roots in early childhood or you may have developed some inadequacy issues about yourself. About the issue itself: Do you know if this is a family trait, or is the family by anyways less to socialize, or have you had any problem with fear because of some family or childhood experience? Have you ever been embarrassed in public by someone that it has left an indelible mark in your personality? You can take the answers to these questions to a counselor and resolve the same. Anyway, you must deal with your fear of people and it will be the best solution to your problem. In the meantime do some confidence building exercises by attending a personality development course, public speaking skills course (I suggest you join the Toastmasters Club), work out at a gym to build good self-image, and join social events to practice your skills. Surprisingly many people are often in the same boat as you, and so you are not alone. The very people you are intimidated by may be afraid of you too! There are three important developments to have to make an autonomous personality: Awareness, intimacy, and spontaneity. If you are super aware or too conscious of yourself, it will affect the intimacy and spontaneity. Although your problem is now directly to do with intimacy, you can see that they are all connected. Go and work on these matters with a counselor for this level of social anxiety to disappear from your life for good.
