Aim for long term weight loss. Aim to be fit and smart and slim..>> Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet..>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim..>> Love yourself and respect your body.

First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

Following general measure will help to increase sperm count and motility :- 1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning. 2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E and Zinc 3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.. 4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

I am 22yrs female. My weight is 62kgs. In the past 2yrs I gained 10kgs because of oily hostel food. So my legs hurt so badly. I couldn't even walk or jog for long time. I want to reduce 5kgs. Please give me some tips or diet to be followed.

Hi, yes your legs may hurt because of the sudden weight gain you have experienced. Imagine you running when you are your ideal body weight. And when you have to carry additional 10kgs as a bagpack and run. Obviously you will run faster in the first case and your legs wont hurt either. For weight loss you definitely need to streamline your lifestyle by any modification that it may require like altering eating pattern, exercise and stress relief. The real need for weight loss is purely motivation from your end. Will require your diet recall to plan a personalised well balanced diet plan. There are may fad / crash diets available on the internet which even if they show results in the short term may have some health implications later or simply helps you gain back more weight then what you have lost. Avoid falling for such tall claims and opt for a slow and steady weight loss. I shall recommend a strategy to gradually change your food habits and lifestyle that have sabotaged your past efforts. Hi Take brahmi vati...smriti sagar ras and praval panchamrit..make its powder and mix it.....then take these medicines with honey twice a day...1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....do pranayama early morning for freshness..avoid oily food...junk food.....avoid alcohol consumption...eat green vegetables.........walk for at least 45 minutes a day .

According to your height your ideal weight should be 57 kgs. You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Hi lybrate user, continue weight loss is not good symptoms for health. Try to stop it with proper diet. Try to take high calorie high protein diet. Include all the food groups in your daily meal. Milk & milk products, daal/ nonveg, rice- wheat products, green leafy vegetables & fruits & oil & nuts. Richest sources of protein are chicken, fish, egg, paneer, milk, curd & daal. Try to include more protein sources to build your muscles. Take small & frequent meal, do not bing/ overeat. Do regular walk/ exercise.

According to your height your weight should be 67 kg.So you should increase your weight.Just avoid fast foods as far as possible.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink water 3 lit/day but not during meals.Sleep for 7-8 hours.
