Yes your eye number changes as your body grows but usually stabilizes by the age of 20-22. So do not worry just wear your glasses and get annual eye checkup. Your number should stabilise on its own.

Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try Homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take Acid phos. 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 2.wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 3.Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4. Try these activities to get moving: Go outside for a walk. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk or bike to places (such as school or a friend’s house) instead of driving. If you have to drive somewhere, park farther away than you need to and walk the extra distance. Tackle those household chores, such as vacuuming, washing the car, or cleaning the bathroom – they all burn calories. Alternate activities so you don’t get bored: Try running, biking, skating. Limit your time watching TV or playing video games; even reading a book burns more energy. Go dancing — it can burn more than 300 calories an hour! Eating well doesn’t mean dieting over and over again to lose a few pounds. Instead, try to make healthy choices every day. Soft drinks, fruit juices, and sports drinks are loaded with sugar; drink fat-free or low-fat milk or water instead. Eat ample amount of fruit and vegetables every day. Eat a healthy breakfast every day. Don’t eat meals or snacks while watching TV because you’ll probably end up eating more than you intend to. Pay attention to the portion sizes of what you eat. The dandruff starts coming back, and it?s time to realize that you have to move on if you want to shake the flake. This isn?t uncommon-people often build up a tolerance to a shampoo and its active ingredient. If yours stops working abruptly this may be the case, so switch as soon as you can. To keep this from happening, switch up what you?re using every month or so. Find 3 different kinds of anti-dandruff shampoo, each with a different formulation, and rotate them to prevent them from becoming ineffective. Treat Your Scalp To Neem Leaves Neem leaves (also an Indian herb) make a great all-natural home remedy for your dandruff. Their properties not only relieve itching, they act as an antifungal as well, inhibiting the over-growth of dandruff causing fungus. Be aware that some people find its smell to be overwhelming. What should be a ideal blood sugar level in Diabetes?

The Ideal is maintaining both Fasting post sugar at normal range. However more important is to maintain Gly. HB less then 7.0% (7.0%)

How do Gly. HB estimated?

Gly.HB is ideally done on instrument which has traceability to DCCT (Diabetes Control and Complication trial ) In simple word those techniques which are internationally accepted are to be a used for testing. Testing for Gly.HB. Does not require fasting. Gly.HB is never to be used for diagnosis of diabetes.

Hello Sir, I am not a herbal practitioner and am not sure if the Kadukkai paste can help. But what can help in your case is a ointment which has a mild steroid along an antifungal in it. It looks like you are having a fungal infection. Avoid using any soap on your penis, just wash with normal water.
