Hi, I am 22 years old. My height is 5.9" and my weight is 80 kg. For weight loss, Everyday morning I go for running and used to play cricket in evening. But I have a shin splint problem. Whenever I start running I feel pain in my shin and sometimes I can't stand after running and I feel too much pain in the bones. So please help me what is the main reason behind this and how can I overcome from this problem, what should I do?

It could be because of injury during running/playing. Do not run on hard surface. Else do brisk walking and body weight strength exercise. Keep your shin bound with crepe bandage. Give it time to heal.

Acne usually subsides after adolescence, but may last into middle age. Scarring may occur if severe acne is not treated. Avoid touching your face with your hands or fingers. Identify and avoid anything that aggravates pimples. Your triggers may include foods, lotions, or make-up. Avoid greasy cosmetics or creams. I think some crackers particles are permanently embedded in corneal stroma which is causing scattering of lights which is causing so much problems, after so many years it is not possible to remove, so first get checked up by experienced Opthalmologist & if not possible to remove, get prescribed eyeglasses with transition lenes little bit costly.

For reducing masturbation: Explore and make a list of time when you usually masturbate including factors which lead to it. - avoid same factors at that particular time, e.g. If you masturbate when you are lonely, then try to be with people all the time. - divert your mind from thoughts of masturbation: sit back, relax, drink a glass of water, try counting backwards from 50 to 1. - if you are used to masturbate watching porn, than block porn in internet connection and delete all the files you have. - do other activities like swimming, walking, any outdoor sports or going out with friends - if you masturbate in shower, take a quick cold shower and get out early. - If you masturbate while sleeping, for some days sleep in the same room with family members or friend. - start exercising hard while you have excess thoughts of masturbation. This is how you will lose energy, feel tired and would go to sleep without masturbation. Urges generally last not more than half hour, you have to divert your mind in this half an hour. Beet juice: apart from being a nutritional powerhouse, beet juice is a great source of nitric acid. The latter helps with blood flow in the body. This juice is sweet in taste and can be consumed every alternate day.

Berry smoothies: acai is a fruit which has a south african origin and hits the top of the list when it comes to brain assisting food. It increases the flow of the blood and dilates the blood vessels. However, this is extremely expensive. Berries also have a similar effect on the brain, but they are less powerful in nature. Stress does not allow you to concentrate hence try controlling your stress. Organize yourself. Spending your time and enrgy so you can handle stress more effectively. Control your environment by controlling who and what is surrounding you. Love yourself by giving yourself positive feedback. Reward yourself by planning leisure activities into your life. Exercise regularly, listening to relaxing music, communicating with friends and loved ones. Reset yourself as regularly as possible.

For type 2 dm I can sugest you following dietary instructions 1. Do not take simple sugars like sugar, glucose, sweet fruits, sweet beverages, simply anything which is frankly sweet 2. Take a mixed oil diet which should include arachis oil, rice bran oil, saflower oil etc 3. You can take complex carbohydrates 4. Protein content should be normal etc in brief, take small &frequent meals (4hrly), take less rice or replace it with wheat, stop taking sugar, take poly unsaturated fatty acid (pufa) containing oil, and along with moderate excercise and proper medications. Diabetes is chronic disease and it does not have a definitive cure till date. But with proper diet and routine medication and follow up many diabetics have been able to live a normal and healthy life. Thank you.
