Hi! Doctor After delivery how much time can I use 1. Birth control pills or injection or loop which is suitable for me or plz zip explain side effects also R

Doctor of Medicine, F.C.P.S.(Mid. & Gynae)
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
You can start using pills or lUCD after three months after delivery if there has been no problem during or after delivery. Birth control pills have to be taken regularly without fail. The low-dose pills have hardly any side effects such as break-through bleeding, mild headache, mild weight gain which usually disappear with time. Failure of contraception may occur. With IUCD and injections there may be spotting or bleeding, painful periods and excessive bleeding during menses. The IUCD may fall off. The side effects may become less as time passes. Regular check-ups to see that IUCD is in place are necessary. But overall side-effects are tolerable and benefits far outweigh the side-effects.

One of the most common health problems people have is indigestion. As per ayurveda, the accumulation of ama or toxins leads to an imbalance in the way the small and large intestines functions along with various other participating organs like the liver and more. And this is the rootcause for indigestion.
The digestive tract or system is one of the most important organs of the body. Indigestion usually occurs because of bad daily habits less physical activity.

Timely intake of meals
: for better digestion, one must take meals at the same time everyday. Also, do not sit down for the next meal before the previous meal has been digested properly.
Sleep: sleep is a major factor that cure stress and creates a balance of sorts in one's routine, thus aiding proper digestion.
Aloe vera: an ounce of aloe vera juice a day will keep indigestion away. Break off, a leaf and scoop some gel into a smoothie for smooth digestion.
Turmeric: haldi or turmeric helps in reducing bloating and is one of the most commonly used spices found in ayurveda. This spice is a staple in indian cooking as well, where pretty much all dishes are seasoned with cooked turmeric
Triphala: this combination of three fruits ensures that your digestive system remains in good working condition.

Can numerous fibroids and an enlarged uterus cause bladder prolapse? why does my gynecologist think my bladder bulging into my vaginal canal is a fibroid even after I was sent to a urologist for stress incontinence issues?

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology

No enlarged uterus with fibroid can cause pressure on the bladder and urine difficulty but not the prolapse.

Smell can be a sign of infection vaginal or surrounding areas or can be indirectly due to high androgens level due to PCOS you need your periods to get regularised first along with at least six months course of pills to maintain cycles and antibiotics.
