By white flow I suppose you are referring to white vaginal discharge. It is a myth that vaginal discharge causes weakness, pain or tiredness. Vaginal discharge is normal. It's color, consistency and amount varies according to the time of the month and sexual arousal. You may be simply stressed out due to this misconception. That may be causing the weakness. Visit a psychiatrist to rule out depression or anxiety.

Premature greying is greying before the age of 30 yr, after that it is natural physiological process. There are various reasons involved in it. Genetic factor is the most important factor, apart from that nutritional deficiency, stress, thyroid, not conditioning the scalp, working under arc light contributes to it. It is very important to check the scalp status along with extent of greying. Hair is made up of proteins, minerals and iron. Proteins are important to produce melanin, the pigment which gives colour to hair. Eat food which is rich in proteins like sprouts, beans, nuts. Green leafy vegetables give us iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it with mild scalp cleanser 3/week. Consult trichologist.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. Never say that you are weak physically or mentally. Always believe that you are strong. You can do exercises like pushups, running, games etc regularly and build your strength. Aim to be fit and strong. Don't look for bulk. Don't compare with others. Eat healthy food. Cheese, Paneer, Dals, Almonds, Peanuts Have lots of fruits and vegetables. Don't skip meals. Hello, Take nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Hi, Please follow these tips to stop snoring: - Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - Sleep on sides instead on back. - Elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - Clear the nose before going to bed. - Establish regular sleep pattern. - Keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - Perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - Anti snoring appliances can also be used.
