Hello, your BMI-25 Regular exercise like, walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling Having at least five portions, or ideally 7-9 portions, of a variety of fruit and vegetables per day. These should be in place of foods higher in fat and calories. For example, fruit makes a good, healthy snack if you feel hungry. Limiting fatty food such as fatty meats, cheeses, full-cream milk, fried foods, butter, etc. Use low-fat options where possible. Examples are: Skimmed or semi-skimmed instead of full-cream milk. Using low-fat, mono-unsaturated or polyunsaturated spreads instead of butter. If you eat meat, eating lean meat, or poultry such as chicken. Try to grill, bake or steam rather than fry food. If you do fry food, choose a vegetable oil such as sunflower, rapeseed or olive. Avoiding sugary drinks and foods such as chocolate, sweets, biscuits, cakes, etc. Limiting other foods likely to be high in fat or sugar such as some take-away or fast foods. Eating three meals a day and not skipping meals. Always have breakfast. Eat each meal slowly. Skipping meals will just make you feel more hungry, make you think more about food, and make you more likely to overeat in the evening or snack between meals. So far by our kit test are concerned they are more or less within normal limits. The dark colour of urine may be due to less water intake required for the body. Leadva healthy lifestyle. Have balanced diet. Have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection.

Kindly take fresh wheat grass juice, 80 ml twice a day, empty stomach. Take gandhaka rasayana (3 tabs) with khadirarishta (20ml in warm water), after meals, twice a day (both of dhutpapeshwara pharmacy). Take triphala powder, 1 tsf in half a glass of hot water at bed time, regularly. Cut down sugar, salt, spicy food, fast food, curd in your diet. Take moong daal, khichdi, daliya, kadddu, rama tori, karela in your diet regularly. And take 7 to 8 hours of night sleep regularly. Continue the regime for 2 months. Good luck.

Requires detailed investigation and examination Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Use a good Tooth brush and paste.I suggest you use Colgate Total advanced health and an Oral B tooth brush. There are also inter proximal brushes available.Which you can use to clean spaces between teeth.Visit your local dentist once in three months to get proper scaling done.Use mouthwashes , gargle with salt water too . Always after eating gargle and rinse your mouth with tap water and if you have a tooth brush just brush once or twice without paste, and then swish a lot of tap water.To make sure there is no food lodgement in your mouth, use a dental floss preferably in the night to remove any food particle stuck between your teeth,gargle with salt water and then brush your teeth , followed by mouth wash in the night before you sleep.

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight. If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient.------------------ 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day you should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. Along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc.-------------- 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet.------------ 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately.
