Use antidandruff shampoo. Eat healthy nutritious food containing proteins vitamins and minerals Exercise regularly Take supplements containing aminoacids vitamins and minerals. Pl get an evaluation done. Looks like you may need internal medications as well.

I have suffering from spine ,shoulder and neck pain about 2 years also back pain and knee pain body pain, piles. During work on computer and driving a car, I feel weakness and unwell, dizziness and very body & back pain. Recently my Blood Test report- High sensitivity c reactive protein 6.27 mg/L Iron 44.3 ug/dl Hdl cholesterol direct 34 mg/dl Ldl cholesterol direct 70 mg/dl Triglycerides 204 mg/dl Vldl cholesterol 40.8 mg/dl Aspartate aminotransferase sgot 41.8 U/l Testosterone 226 ng/dl 25 oh vitamin D total 12.61 ng/ml Average blood glucose 125 mg/dl Total RBC 6.26 eosinophil 8.8 Please suggest me.

Hi, When I standup after sitting on the floor, I can't stand straight for 2 to 3 mins. I have to stand bent and then I can stand properly. This happens when I sit on floor and stand up only.

Dear user. this phenomenon is normal. Dizziness or light-headedness when standing up occurs as a result of abnormal blood pressure regulation. Normally, when people stand, gravity causes blood to pool in the veins of the legs and trunk. This pooling lowers the blood pressure and the amount of blood the heart pumps to the brain. Take care.

You should have 73 kg.Do regular exercise like yoga,push ups,weight lifting and other muscle building exercise.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals. Eat small amount of foods more frequently.Do not skip meals.Maintain a proper timing.Take skimmed milk.Use weight gainer nutritional supplements.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.No spicy foods.Use small amount of healthy fats in cooking.Take lots of dense fruits,vegetables.Take fruits specially citrus fruits.Use extra refined foods with unrefined foods.Eat more protein in diet.Take nuts,seeds as snacks.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take quality sleep.These will be helpful.

Lip Correction is performed by women who want reduction of the inner lips on the outside of the vagina or labia minora. Hello, follow the below tips to loose weight. 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Fatoline drops from haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Do surya namaskar, yoga asans like bhujangasana (cobra pose), sarvangasana (shoulder stand pose, vajrasana (diamond pose), pavanamuktasana (wind-relieving pose), matsyasana (fish pose) 6. Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 7. Drink plenty of water daily. 8. Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits. Consult a dietician for the diet plan.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
