Hi lybrate-user, I suspect that the caries in your tooth have reached the pulp of a tooth (the blood vessel n nerves of tooth). The infection in that region leads to sensitivity and pain in tooth. So, the treatment that you should undergo is root canal treatment followed by a crown. I hope I could provide you an appropriate ans.

Initially try this. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

First of all read a neutral book before sleeping each night, some material which is not provoking emotionally. After that do deep breathing exercise while lying down. It will improve.

I have digestion problem over a year, whenever I eat something stomach got biotin different sounds occurs from stomach and aslo need to go for bathroom many times in a day. Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

Take 2-tab. Charcol at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Sunscreen is a must irrespective of the season. Any good sunscreen with spf 30 and plus can be used. Pls use it at least half an hour before stepping out and reapply every 2-3 hours of working outside.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.

I have pain and swelling in my knees even after my delivery. Its almost 40days I gave birth a baby girl and I had c section. I spoke to my doctor she said it will go by its own slowly and steadily after few days of baby birth but I have not seen any relief in my knees I feel pain when sit down and get up and swelling on my knees. Ice can be used for swelling purpose. Knee movements are must. Knee pain is not v common after delivery. Infact, I would suggest to start some exercise ie post delivery exercise for knee as well as other joints n muscle after c section also, exercises are recommended. It helps to prevent abdominal fat in later stages of your life.

1] find out the cause of your depression and feeling insecurity and try to remove that. Talk to your family members and friends about the matter. May be you will get the solution. 2] take a break from your routine life and go outside with your friends or family for mood change. Talk to others on common matters. 3] eat nutritious food, at least one seasonal fruit, have milk and drink plenty of water. 4] sleep for at least 8 hours and do meditation daily. 5] develop your hobbies and do some creative work, that will enhance your confidence. 6] spend some time on yourself in your personality grooming. 7] take homeopathic kali phos 6x, 4 tablet four times daily.

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.
