-eat healthy. Don't skip meals. -drink milk shake twice everyday. -eat bananas and eat protein filled foods. - do not smoke or drink much alcohol. -lift weights. This will naturally make your skin better as well. Follow cleansing toning and moisturizing regimen every night before sleeping. Also do mild scrubbing on face twice a week.

have you used some cream that didn't suit you. since how long do you have these spots. Grate a fresh cucumber and add � cup of curd to this. Leave this pack on your face for 5-10 minutes. This natural face toner is very effective for oily skin type .You can store this facial toner in the refrigerator for regular use.

Recently I get small pimple size balls at testicles and urine also some times coming yellow.
Small pimple appears on the penis or testicle, this is usually not a serious matter and no treatment is needed. Eight out of ten men will experience some kind of pimples on penis and/ or testicles at some time in their life. However, it is important that you do not squeeze the spot, because you may spread infection and also it is advised not to have sex with anyone until a pimple is healed, up to 10 days. If pimple persist consult a dermatologist for the same.

eat lots of simple proteins like milk, curd, cheese , eggs if you eat, clear soups , assorted nuts for good fats and proteins,lots of water ,ors, chapati ,rice, daal subji of your choice plus calcium ,iron and folic acid supplements.
