I am 30 years old female. I have neck pain while I taking pillow at night and also while continuously working on laptop. I think it is cervical but I am not sure. The pain extends from neck to back of shoulders and also when I mo while moving neck backwards. I have never taken any medicine regarding the same. Please suggest.

Hello In your case, due to continous working on the laptop there is spasm in the neck muscles. To rule out whether it is cervical spondylosis Xray can be done Cervical spondylosis is suspected when *There is pain and stiffness of back of neck *Neck pain radiating to arm or shoulder *Tingling numbness in one hand * Some patient experience giddiness too.

Piriformis stretch 1. Lie on your back. 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day..

Follow the below exercises meant only for tummy and will help you to loose fat from tummy if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

I am 50 year old female, I have little swelling at my feet. I hv high bp since 9 yrs. I take 2 tabs olmesar 40 n stamlobeta. My sonagraph report ahows fatty liver grade 1. Uric acid is 8.8, xreatin level is 1.02, size of kidneys etc all normal. Bp also is normal at 130/90. I need solution for the edema.

Hello Stop the activities which are aggravating pain... like bending and sweeping for few days and take rest. You can start physiotherapy sessions and learn specific exercise for your back pain. For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For cough take syp ascoril-D 2.5 ml twice a day and get your sputum checked for Genexpert test

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. I am 22 year old with 5ft 10inch high and 74kgs weight. I have blood pressure 130/90. Few days onwards am suffering with palpitations and a little pain at centre of chest today and discomfort at right shoulder usually lasts for 1/2 seconds. Your symptoms can be because of stress. Do regular deep breathing for five minutes and anulom vilom for three minutes. Go for brisk walking for ten minutes it will reduce your stress.

Very simple, if we lack some thing we need to compensate not add chemicals .when there is leakage of synovial fluid in jts 5 bones at pettla rub against each other may create pain swelling and other problems .take glucosamine chondrites so4. .main components of knee jt and see how effective plus some massage creams .and all done get R/F test if scary for RA.
