If you want to increase weight then you can include fibres to your diet. U can have oats, wheat flakes, oats cheela, oats idli in your diet. Because of pancreatitis you should not take milk more than 500 ml in a day or less that 500 ml. Do not skip your meals have short and frequent meals. Avoid eating fruits: mango, litchi, banana, cheeku, grapes, juices, aireated drinks etc. Team Nutrihealth.

Dear lybrate-user, since when you got pain in leg it is to be studied, to reduce pain you can apply heat fermentation twice a day for a week, if still pain persists you need tens therapy and some muscle strengthening excercises.

Im having headache since last 5 days, I domt knw the reason, ive been having pills fr it bt seems like its not helping me at all. Is it because I concentrate on my laptop and mobile screens alot? Hiii dear you have long standing headche which needs to be evaluated first of all get your eyes checked for any refractive errors ie whether you need glasses hav you frequent cough and cold or allergic to something long hrs on laptop can lead to headches but that is to be kept very low on the list if above two things are ruled out you need then a further evaluation if these.

Isme bohut ki common hain urinary tract infection, ya hum use UTI ki naam se jante hain. Isme patient ko, baar baar urine jana padh sakta hain, burning ho sakti hain, or pain bhi hota hai genital area me. Yeh kabhi bhi ho sakta hain, kisi bhi age group mein ho sakta hain, aur winter mein kabhi kabhi paani peena kam karte hain to aisa ho jaata hain. Isme hum jab urine test karate hain, routine microscopy and culture, toh isse pata chalta hai ki haan, infection hai. Lekin ye test karana tab bilkul zaruri hota hain jab ye infection recurrent ho, baar baar ho jay. Aise hi agar baar baar hota hain, ya saath mein flank pain ho raha hai, toh humein ek ultrasound jo kidney-bladder ko focus karta hua hota hain, ultrasound ko KUB kehte hain hum, use karana chahiye, aur agar aap ki mother father diabetic hain, ya humein kabhi aisa raha ho, toh blood sugar ka test bhi karna chahiye. Agar paani dher sara piyein, agar apko…piyein aap, toh apni gyanecologsit se mile, who apko antibiotic dete hain, aur ____ agent dete hain, aura ap use treat ho sakte ho.

No. No food works in isolation. Honey lime water alone will never help. You have to have a balanced diet. Also along with walking some strength training exercises will help.

Check your bp might be low. Do some aerobic exercises yoga (learn from guru then do it) reduce your weight. Avoid carbohydrates proteins eggs and overeating. Add in your food green vegetables vitamins fruits salad etc. .

Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. The area under your eyes has very sensitive skin, so never use chemical bleach.
