My blood pressure is 130-210 always by many years. It goes to 140-225 some time. Some time it come to 110-200. I am not taking any medicine. I used many ayurvedic medicine in past 3 years. I got relief as i dont have any problem . But level was down and again up after leaving the medicine. Some time i take amodip AT. My age is 41 years. I also have blood sugar in range of 200-240.

Hi, take rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. Go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Home remedy to control high bp:- 1. Eat one or two crushed garlic cloves daily. You can simply crush them with your hands. Crushing garlic cloves creates hydrogen sulfide, a compound that promotes good blood flow, removes gas and reduces the pressure on the heart. If you do not like eating raw garlic or if it causes a burning sensation, then take it along with a cup of milk. You can also mix five or six drops of garlic juice in four teaspoons of water and take it twice a day. Take syzygium 1x, 2 tabs thrice daily before meals to control your blood sugar level. My asthma has not been under control for nearly 2 months. Am I having COPD or is it just asthma?

If there is no history of asthma in past years and no allergy is involved, rather history of chronic smoking and bronchitis is there, it could be copd. Nebulization or asthalin or some steroid inhaler may be required for you depending on the conditions and provided no smoking is there.

This could be due to OA knee &/ obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency it may have to be further investigated. Do knee exercises.

If your pain is severe you should go for one usg and on the day of menses prepare jeera kashaya and drink twice syrup m2tone will also releive pain.

My problem is varicose vein in both leg. My doppler report is 1. Deep vein reflux is noted both sfv and pfv .2 left sf junction is in competent. 3 no dvt in both leg .4 small varicosity show in left limb. Sir please mere ko kya karna chahiye my leg is swelling. And mere ko kon sa treatment karna chahiye.

Hi. First thing is avoid prolong standing or sitting, your limbs should be elevated not hanging or in erect posture. While sleeping keep your legs elevated over a pillow. Use graded compression stockings. If its causing lot of pain, limb swelling and skin blackening/ulcer around ankle then go for surgery.

Masturbation makes the penis to get weak it makes a penis to develop too many vein thereby making it unattractive. It weaken the hormone responsible in producing sperm. Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time Go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every Night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background 'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

I am 19 years old. My weight is 84 kg and height is 5'7. My problem is. I feel very fatigued and lethargic after I do exercise. I only do 30 mins walking. Even then I feel fatigued and dull after exercise. I feel normal only if I do not do any exercise. It seems you have started exercise recently. Your body and muscles will take some time to get used to the exercise. Don't be afraid of exercise. It is good for health. Drink lot of water. Take one glass every day. As you do more exercise your body will grow stronger and slimmer. You will also lose weight.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine robinia q (5 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *drink lot of water. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid fried and spicy food. *tea/coffee should not be taken in excess. *meals should be taken regularly and on time. *if overweight, loose weight. *avoid stress and it should be avoided by doing yoga and exercise.
