I got white spots on my skin. On the right shoulders and back of my neck. What can I do for dis.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
I got white spots on my skin. On the right shoulders and back of my neck. What can I do for dis.
White spots on can occur due to a number of reasons, of which conditions can be mild or severe. The condition can be mild or severe, and generally covers the majority of the skin on a particular area of the body. They may also cause irritation or itching. The occurrence of whites on the face can be extremely distressing. People affected with this problem should obtain medical advice to diagnose what is causing the condition and the suitable treatment. Causes of White Spots White spots on the face occur for various reasons. Understanding some of these reasons may be beneficial in treating the condition. Furthermore, understanding the cause can also help people avoid certain circumstances that increase the risk. 1. Tinea Versicolor This is a chronic fungal infection of the skin. Also known as pityriasisversicolor, this fungus causes discolored patches on the skin as it interferes with the normal pigmentation. The color of the patches may be darker or lighter than the surrounding skin and most often, affects the back and trunk of adolescent males. Exposure to sunlight, hot, humid weather, oily skin and excessive sweating may aggravate the condition. 2. Vitiligo This is a skin condition that results in the loss of melanocyte pigmentation of the skin. This results in white patches that feel as if it is part of the skin. The cause of vitiligo is unclear although it is believed to be an autoimmune disease. However, mild trauma to any area of the skin including the face can also result in the development of vitiligo. Vitiligo can affect the face, hands and feet, elbows and genital area. 3. Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis White spots on the face may also be due to Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis, a skin condition resulting in 2 to 5 mm flat, white spots commonly found on the shins and forearms. This skin condition mostly affects fair skinned people, although it may occur in dark skinned individuals too. The white spots may occur more commonly in people over the age of 40. 4. Pityriasis Alba This skin condition is common in children aged 6 to 12. It is a rash that appears on the face, neck and arms, and is not easily differentiated between normal skin. The rash may be covered with skin flakes resembling light dust. The cause of Pityriasis Alba is not known and is often considered as a form of eczema. This condition is often mistaken with vitiligo. However, while vitiligo has a distinct border, Pityriasis Alba does not. Treatments for White Spots on Face The medical treatment for white spots depends entirely on the root cause that underlies the condition. There are certain things that you can try to accelerate the process of treatment . Some of these mentioned treatments are professional while others are home remedies. Home Remedies .  For treating vitiligo, consumption of ginger juice is recommended as it promotes blood flow. neem seed oil applied to the affected area will also bring beneficial results.  Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis may not require treatment as it is harmless. However, topical steroids and retinoids may help treat the condition.  Treatment for Pityriasis Alba may not be necessary although the application of a moisturizer or hydrocortisone creams may help the disappearance of these patches.  Washing the face with mild soaps and exfoliating the skin at least twice a week with a honey, rice, turmeric and sandalwood powder paste can treat Tinea Versicolor. So identify your problem of white spots with the help of your local doctor so that appropriate treatment is given or send me your picture depicting those white spot along with the complete hitory of your spots,so that I am clear in making a diagnosis.

Hello lybrate-user Your hair fall is recent onset which means it can be controlled in a short period of time. Please note that supplements show their effects only after about a month or two of their regular intake when their desired blood levels have reached. Also there could be another cause for your hairfall such as improper diet, scalp infection, recent illness, stress, lack of sleep, thyroid disorders or use of hair gels etc I suggest you start homeopathic treatment which will help control the fall and improve health in general. Increase protein intake in diet such as sprouts, curd, paneer, egg, fish, chicken etc be gentle with your hair and avoid vigorous massage or rubbing towel after bath. For any more questions or treatment please feel free to contact me.

Sir I am suffering from hair loss and hair fall And too much dandruff in my hair please help for treatment.

Sir I am suffering from hair loss and hair fall And too much dandruff in my hair please help for treatment.
If your hair is damaged and you are suffering from dandruff, some simple changes into your daily nutrition needs & hair care can give you thick, bouncy and shiny hair. While your hair mostly depends on your genetics;  stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair health and appearance. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry,  etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary tea once in a while. Choosing a good shampoo according to your hair type is very important. Dry or brittle hair requires different shampoo than from oily hair. A professional hair and scalp examination to get right hair care products for you is worth than spending time and energy on wrong products.

Your acne is not due to sex. It is more due to stress and life style. You can try applying adaplene containing gels at night for 2-3 weeks. If it is not subsiding, then please consult a Dermatologist.

How to control white hair and what is the reason for coming white hair. Please reply me.
Causes for Premature Grey Hair • Graying or whitening of hair earlier than expected usually runs in the family. • Long periods under stress due to work intensity and tension. • A serious disease like typhoid can also act as the catalyst for graying of hair. • Intake of too much of alcohol, tea and coffee can cause graying of hair as well. • Eating too many oily and fried foods is another reason for graying of hair. • Using excessive amount of spices in your food. • Integrating too many food items that are sour and acidic in your diet. • Not having essential nutrients like copper in your food can also cause grey hair as melanin’s production gets hit due to the deficiency. • Lack of Vitamin C and Vitamin B in your diet. Homoeopathic medicine LYCOPODIUM 30 ( Dr.Reckeweg) Drink 5 drops in 1 spoon freh water daily night R-89 ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily R-89 ( Dr Reckeweg) Massage 20 drops in roots of hairs one hour before bath daily 1.Drink 6-10 glass water daily 2.Two glass milk daily 3.Take nutritious diet including fruits, vegetables nd a lot of salad 4.Prohibit from smoking 5.Take early nd sound sleep 6.Exercise regularily Follow above given steps for 2 months nd if no progress then consult me.Being a homoeopath I will guide you with some very effective homoeopathic medicines for white hairs
