Supplements and medicines work in isolation with diet. To have muscular body you have to be careful about food food choices & protien intake. Include good sources of protein in your diet such ad low fat milk & milk products, soy & sprouts, lean meat, eggs, pulses along with supplements to achieve desirable goals.

I have excess fat in my hips, thighs and arms. I was 76 kgs two years ago and came down to 68 now. I could somehow loose weight but am not able to loose weight in arms, thighs and hips which is making my structure look awkward. My friend is suggesting me to go for liposuction or slimming treatments which are available in clinics outside. Can you suggest me if they are permanent and is healthy to go with these treatments?

Hello dear do exercise for arms, hips and thighs daily in two times in a day .cardio workout are effective at helping the body burn fat, reduce calories intake take healthy diets .Drinks. Increasing your intake of pure spring water between meals will help you increase your metabolism so it is easy to burn fat. Eat Smaller Meals More Frequently. .Use strength training exercises to tone the muscles in your thighs. Try swimming to burn arms and legs equally. People often cycle, run or walk which strengthens underlying leg muscles without improving the arms. If you like to walk for exercise, try Nordic walking or the elliptical to improve the strength in your arms. And for more suggestions and healthy diet plan you can contact us.

Hello Thanks for the query. First of all you should know what glutathione is. It is an anti oxidant which captures free radicals and reduces skin pigmentation. Any drug has side effects and it holds true for glutathione too. it is been widely used in market as skin whitening cream and shows some improvement too. The side effects are not much and can be used safely but the effect will last only till the time you take the medicine. Once you stop skin color will revert back. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Fatoline drops from haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the eveninng daily. 5. Do surya namaskar, yoga asans. 6. Do not apply anything on your skin. You can just use an antibacterial soap for your face nothing else. These pimples are hormonal. They cannot be cured by any external face wash or home remedies. Stop experimenting with your skin. Try not to touch them wid your hands. Once your this age that is hormonal imbalance age wll pass pimples wll subside on their own. Just try n keep your skin clean. Avoid exposure to dust n sun. Wash your face with clean water twice a day.

If you are under stress, you will tend to lose memory. So if you deal with the stress by meeting with a counselor, a lot of your problems will be resolved and memory will happily return. Concentration precedes memory so follow these instructions to feel better bout it. Natural concentration is when the mind can hold a thought for a long time, when thoughts are under our own control. Without concentration the mind goes here, there and everywhere, jumping like a monkey from branch to branch, idea to idea. When there is a natural concentration, we can control our mind and there is peace. This one-pointed concentration on a thought, holding it for as long as we like, gradually collects strength in the mind and in the self. A strong mind is a mind that is peaceful, stable, satisfied and can remain in the deeper meaning of a thought. There is no waste caused by over-thinking, or the high speed of thought: These are the two greatest diseases of the mind these days, which is why there is so much stress and mental breakdown. Stress can foil concentration and learning ability. Although concentration is different to memory, they can affect each other. Concentration precedes memory. If you are under stress your concentration will go for a toss, then naturally memory will be totally foiled. So meet with a counselor to take care of the stress and your memory will happily return. You can follow these simple rules in the meantime: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid all junk food.
