Since I am a physiotherapist I cannot suggest medicine but I suggest you to hotwater fermentations that would help you to get relieved from joint pains. I also suggest you to go for good ayurvedic body massage which would help you to get releived from joint pain and also swimming activity is advisable. Similar to underarm hair and hair on one’s hands, legs and genitalia, the nipples (or areolar) also have hair follicles, both in males and female. Normally in females, the hair is usually fine and hardly visible, but some may have hair that is longer and thicker. Usually it is a normal condition and does not require any treatment. That being said, there some other conditions that could precipitate this unusual growth of hair • Hormonal fluctuations: This usually happens around puberty, menopause and pregnancy. • Patients have recently started taking oral contraceptive pills or any other kind of hormonal medication or hormone replacement therapy. • Women with a darker complexion also tend to have this problem. • There are some medical conditions that can lead to this condition as well. Conditions like PCOD and complex ovarian cysts. • In some cases a person (man or woman) might have excessive hair all over their body (on their chest, hands and face). This condition is called Hirsuitism. There is a treatment: In cases where the condition is inane and does not have any underlying medical conditions you can opt to trim or pluck the hair. It is best you avoid shaving, waxing or bleaching the hair around your breasts as this is a very sensitive area and prone to damage. If an underlying medical condition is the reason for the hair around your nipples, you should immediately get it investigated and get treatment to treat the root of the problem – as a result the excessive hair will disappear.Myself Is a Homoeopathic physicain and please give me the detail regarding development of your hairs around nipple so that homoopathic treatment be given accordingly.

Your hair needs a lot of your attention and care. Wash hair occasionly. Use lukewarm water, not too hot, not too cold. Shampoo hair twice or thrice a week and not more. Use very mild shampoos suitable for dry hair. Massage scalp to improve circulation and hair health. Eat right. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish, milk and milk products. Dry hair naturally and not with blowdryers. Dry hair with towel. Avoid crimping, perming straightening and curling hair devices. Avoid repeated colouring and bleaching of hair. Protect hair from excess sunlight with caps. Exercise regularly. Practice yoga to destres .stop using smoothing products on your hair. They vil worsen your hair. Unless ur problem is elaborated upon and it can b examined ,nothing can b done for it.if it's an allergy,u vil need antiinflammatories.

If your hair is thin, damaged, dry or brittle or you are suffering from dandruff, some simple changes into your daily nutrition needs & hair care can give you thick, bouncy and shiny hair. While your hair type mostly depends on your genetics, stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair healthy and appearance. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Neck pain could be postural, could be cause of slouching while sitting. Do some hot fomentation along with neck and shoulder exercises infront of the mirror and try to maintain a good posture.

Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil.
