You need analgesics, anti pyretics and antibiotics which I can prescribe you after having a proper history. Measure the temperature regularly. If your fever is high, do cold sponging. Avoid cold exposure. Take rest.

you r a victim of acne vulgaris and it's sequelae like most people your age. It's a very common problem with a lot of solutions. These acne pimples if broken leave really dark marks. So steer clear from them. Don't pick at them. Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. Avoid milk and milk products, you can have them occasionally. Instead, you can have tea or coffee. Do not stress over your problem its treatable. Stress vil only increase chances of more pimples. Exercise. You can practice meditation, it vil take your mind of your problem and create all the right chemicals in you.

Eat proteins derived from foods but never from supplements or medicine. Eat lots of paneer, cow ghee, milk, milk shakes, banana, almonds, drink 3 to 4 liter water everyday but make sure you are not drinking water after your meals, give gap of 90 minutes.

My mother have headache problem. When she move her head around she get ache in back of her head. If her head stay straight then it's fine. Sometimes her vision blurred out. She also have belch problem. Doctor give Stugipen 25 mg and Ondoc 4 mg tablet. It works but for a day. If she stop taking these medicine then it start again. It more than a month but her condition isn't fine. Some other doctor also give some other medicine but it also same. What should I do next. If you don?t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice Suryanamaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikosana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth.
